I'm 17. So for 7 years i have this dream. But now, after so many times I can deduce that I am dreaming and just open up my eyes. the dream goes like this: I am sitting in my house and hear a scream. I go outside and round the block and see my friend lying on the pavement outside his house and there is 2 wolves eating his insides. Once i see this I run back to my house, but the wolves caught my scent and follow me. Epic long chase happens. Finally I escape by jumping out my window and get away somehow. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- In some dreams I have, when my alarm clock goes off, I just include the alarm clock into my dream and don't wake up. For example there was this one time I thought some1 was ringing my doorbell repeatedly. I got pissed. Then finally realized it was my alarm clock. I have repeating dreams too. Okay, so I have normal dreams, but I have 2 dreams that repeated a whole lot. Dream 1 : Its a nightmare because i'm horrified at what i am doing, but cannot stop myself. Pretty much i am dressed like hitman, walking up steps of a building(real building in real life) and i get to a certain floor (same floor everytime). I get there i set up my sniper riffle. Once i set up i set it up in the window in the room and look through scope and see all my classmates sitting in class in school i have the perfect view from this building into that specific classroom(this bothered me so much that i checked in RL both location and it matched up,) I start shooting and just kill all of them. Then i go up to the classroom to check if anyone survived and kill the rest. It always ended in most different ways, either i had to kill some of them while they begged or i just looked at what i did hating myself. The weirdest thing, is that in the dream i could literally feel the recoil of the gun on my shoulder, and i could smell the blood. I used have Freud kinda views on dreams, but i loved all my classmates it was always fun when we were together. I knew what i was doing but could not stop myself in the dream. It was very weird and i had it every night for like 6-8 months Dream 2: It pretty much just a chase scene, starts off with me breaking out of a building just to find out its surrounded by the ocean, then i travel via boat\jetski\swim to another facility that floats on the ocean i enter it, and then find a way of transportation and leave. I always get killed in the end of the dream and thats when i wake up. Now here is the weird thing. Everynight i would progress further in the dream by using the knowledge i have acquired the night before. Like in one dream i would try to use exit A, the door is closed i get shot. Next night, i already know that exit A is closed therefore i try something else. Thats why the details are so vague in my description above because they constantly changed. It was like a video game. I had this for maybe 1-2 years almost every night, it was either i dreamed of this or nothing at all. Very unusual, i would tell my friends and none could relate. It was pretty much i was playing a video game every night in my brain and i hated it cause 90% of my nightmares are me being chased, so i considered this a nightmare even though nothing scary really happened. I never had sleep paralysis. I heard stories, and always was taught or told that that was demons. I found out the scientific terminology later on, but still it scares me to just think about them, and always thought there was something supernatural about them. edit: typos

Some other dreams I remember were about flying scooters and unicorns (I must have been high?), and another dream I've had over 5 times, but can't recall on the spot. Once I actually was lucid in my dream (one about people fleeing an erupting volcano in some futuristic urban metropolis) and started banging my fists against the floor, shouting to wake up. It's curious, I seem to have had a few dreams repeatedly over the years. Like 5 years after I have the initial dream I have the same exact dream again. Creepy shit.

I used to have this recurring dream, I had it two or three times a year from the time I was 4 or 5 up until about 12. I was naked in this endless field with tall brown grass, African savannah style. The sun is shining warm and the sky is cloudless. I'm playing with some animals in the grass, I think a zebra and a lion. The most powerful part of the dream was how vivid and bright everything was, and how happy I felt in the dream. Nothing compares to how happy that dream made me, I wish I didn't stop having it.

Once I had a dream that felt like it lasted for days. It was like a sci-fi epic with loads of characters and spaceships hidden under churches and a toilet janitor that turned out to be a traitor. I haven't had lucid dreams in a while but there was a period where I could get them regularly and I always went flying. Flying TOTALLY ROCKS in lucid dreams, man. It's the best. It took me a few dreams to get over the fear/doubt of trying to take off and failing but once I got it down it was on demand. I might go back to trying to get lucid again just so I can fly.

Final fight involved me extremely fired up and half throwing my sword to stab one in the head, beat the other with something. Go somewhere, walk out into a dining room, the ones i killed are there alive and well, everyone is cleaned up and about to eat a grand meal. I am still feeling the hatred between everyone and the distrust/unwillingness to work together. Unexpectedly one asks me to sit down with them, everyone seems to want me to as well. begin to cry at the great ability of these people to put aside the past and differences, forgive, and see that it is better to work together with our great abilities rather than compete and destroy ourselves. Can't stop myself from crying. Wake up.

I used to have nightmares every single day when I was younger, and then I got used to them. After that I started to love them (except the really really scary ones). Never had sleep paralysis before though :\ Also, never went ahead and 'controlled' one of my dreams. I consciously don't like screwing with my dreams (even nightmares), and like to have them play out because it is more fun that way. Anything imaginable has happened to me in a dream. *edit - Btw, who has had a dream where in it, you needed to pee badly. Then when you take that piss, you just keep peeing and peeing nonstop for minutes. This is when I think to myself in the dream, "wait a second.. this isn't right..." and wake up then go to the bathroom asap.*

For me it was just focusing on wanting to achieve lucidity as well as trying to recall dreams as much as possible that eventually led to lucidity after a while.

I would be sleeping in this small bedroom of a basement suite and in my room there was a single window. Outside of the house the window is maybe only an inch or two off the ground. Every night I would have the same nightmare where I wake up in my bed, look out the window into the windy night seeing the trees blow, then suddenly see someone walk up to the window, stop kneel down, stare me right in the eyes with his eyes open wide, and start doing the trick where you put take over the window and smash it so the grass doesn't fly everywhere and make massive amounts of noise, and crawl in to my room. My bedroom door was always locked from the outside and I would be screaming and crying for help in the middle of the night but no one would hear me. He would slowly crawl in to my room and just about as he is in the door would unlock. I would ran down to my mom's room screaming for help and find her dead along with my brother. I would be able to hear his footsteps coming down the hall and then I would hide under my mom's bed. Eventually he would make his way to the entrance of my mom's room where I would see his shadow cast on the floor and he would walk up to my mom's bed and just flip it up to uncover me, holding a large knife in his hand. I don't really remember anything past that, I don't really want to =[ Looks like I'm not sleeping tonight... I had that dream every night. Fucking ruined my childhood.

I had this dream quite a few times, and eventually I was recognizing it and started dreaming lucidly, before I actually knew what lucid dreaming was and how it could be intentionally triggered. Anyways, dreaming lucidly, I'd just fast-forward through the entire dream to the part where I'm bludgeoning her, and have a good time kicking the shit out of a movie character until I woke up.

so here goes: I'm walking in this sort of stadium place, like where you walk to get to exams (under the stadium), and I'm with my family, we're walking along and from the left stairs the Pixies come up to get the crowd out, I see them and turn my head towards them and give them a 'rock on' symbol, and run into a pole. Luckily they weren't looking, and neither was anyone else, so no one saw it, which is pretty cool philosophy wise, but for later discussion. I move out of the way of the pole, line up my continued walking a little better, and do it again, kinda side-step-skipping. One of them points to me and says to his friend 'haha they are already pumped, and we don't play for an hour and forty five minutes'. The crowd is all gathering to a point a bit past them, and some people (in uniform) are blocking off the route, but I make it past the barricade alone. Beyond the barricade a bunch of people are sitting in bleachers (still under the stadium) and some more on a wooden platform. I hop onto the platform as a person goes around picking random people on the platform to go sit at a large table. People seem to want to get picked, I don't know really what it's for so I don't care. Some guy who I take it was popular (like high-school popular) complains that he isn't on the platform, to which I thought 'fuck off this isn't high school, no one is popular anymore'. He was a big guy, and I looked and everyone at the table was big as well, and everyone on the platform. Like football player-big. I asked the guy beside me what this was for, and he said 'to have dinner with the pixies', to which i reply 'do you need a ticket?' and he didn't answer. well it's down to the last pick and everyone is going nuts cringing to get picked, I was tying my shoelace, not caring at all. They pick some random girl. Everyone else on the platform is really disappointed so i ask 'did we need a ticket?' (to get on the platform - and to even be in the bleachers, so like 2 rounds of choosing people) and he says 'yeah' all disappointed and i think 'wow i almost had dinner with the pixies and i didn't even have a ticket' I slowly wander off with the crowd thinking about whether they would have asked for me to show my ticket, when this girl comes up to me, introduces herself as a muchmusic VJ and tells me that she didn't get picked either, so it seems the dinner was for VJ's and football players. I say kinda 'oh well' and give her a half 'that sucks' half 'i don't really care that i wasn't picked' look and say bye. As for the girl, she had a bit past shoulder-length hair, dirty-blond-like streaks but very orange, bright like a dye. She was ~5'7, petite (skinny). No real hips, nice ass. Kind of a candi-raver/jet set radio style and spunk, but punky/JSR clothing (tighter fitting while 'different' and 'wacky' - very... anime? Yeah like 'the world ends with you' style, (that square game peter had, the fashion rpg one on ds). She was a mix of hyper/spunky/crazy with cute/soft/caring. I meet up with my family and I get let into this room where there are a bunch of couches, sofas, loveseats, etc. Some other family is there (i don't know them) but it's taken that i do (i knew one of the girls, younger, maybe through my brother) and i'm introduced to the rest of the family. They introduce me to 'her older sister' who is sitting on a loveseat in a navy hoodie, watching (a football game? concert? i don't know, but there was grass and a field). It's the VJ i met earlier. Everyone is crunched in, its pretty packed so i sit in the loveseat next to her (like, a different chair, right beside hers). Her legs are in my chair (someone else in on the chair with her, and someone is in front, so she had no room for them) so I say kinda 'sorry' and give her a flirty smile and sit so as to avoid crushing her legs too much. As i move to one side of the seat (away from her legs) she slowly slips more and more into my chair. I sink away and she sinks after me, until we are both sitting on the chair, way low down. We sink so deep in the chair we are in our own universe, like a well, with light from whatever we were watching way up above. We snuggled and kissed and cruched up into little balls beside each other, her hoodie was really comfortable. We got so low that the springs of the seat launched us upwards, and we flew in the air above everyone in the room and landed with my arm around her in a couch beside the loveseat. Time went by and everyone was getting ready for bed, she had this weird brush, which i thought was a razor. She gave me a cute smile, and then parted the front of her hair in two and started combing it, and i saw it was a thinning brush of some sort (like it shaved only every 5th hair or whatever - don't ask it took up a lot of time and brainpower so i'm mentioning it). She had a towel on, she came over and kissed me and then we stood a little bit apart, my brother came down and stood beside me without saying anything, but i could tell he wanted something (i was looking down and only saw his legs). I said impatiently 'WHAT?' and he was was like 'oh! um oh yeah i got a cd you wanted' and i was like 'ok go away'. She walked over to the bathroom again, i went into the room, but no one was downstairs with us so i reached an arm around the wall and gave her a 'come hither' motion. It took her a while to get it but she came over like 'what?' and i gave her a smile and pulled her in by her hip in a way that said 'i want to kiss you'. As we came closer, she grinned and took a quick breath and blew into my mouth. I caught the inhale though and reacted quickly, my mouth only half filled with air and i covered my mouth with my hand, as the blow turned into a raspberry (like from xanth, plllll or whatever). The vibrations were so strong in my hand that it partially woke me up, and i realized my real body was vibrating all over. It felt incredible, this translated back into my dream body, and (dream world) i fell onto the bed behind me completely at peace, comfortable and zen-like, like a post-orgasm feeling, while i vibrated softly. Once that subsided (the period of half-wake half-sleep zen), I went back to the dream but it was kind of hazy, as I was bringing waking thoughts into the dream world, and things started crossing over. I was worried about how long I would get to see her, as I knew I/she was only visiting, and I asked her 'how long will you be here' and she looked at me and said 'i'll be there in the morning'. FIN There was skiing beforehand too, at some crazy mountain, that I may have been to before (in a dream). Last night I was a dragon child, but I only transormed under dire circumstances, (or once with the queen after flying away from people really fast, but only my legs changed, wasn't dire enough) and i met the queen dragon. I flew around a cyberpunk-esque city avoiding people (like soldiers, or whatever secret organization hunts dragons down), it was a lot of fun.

And my most often recurring nightmare is of me and some friends walking along some city, I stop for a second and everyone is gone somewhere, it gets dark and all the streets get twisted and no matter what I do I cant get home, all the streets are empty but I feel something out there. and ive had sleep paralysis 2 times, both times I was sleeping on my side, and felt something, like the very essence of terror was behind me, I never felt fear like that before, a rush of pure horror. No matter what I did I couldnt turn around and see what it was, or move in any way, I could just wait.

I was in my 20s, and was trained extensively with the use of a sniper rifle. As a secret anti-government soldier and a part time student as my cover, I was sent to Madagascar on one of my missions and my objective was to use a sniper rifle (which just so happened to have unlimited bullets) to kill everyone on the island. Naturally, me being the expert that I am, no one seemed to be aware of my presence before they were shot, and I killed everyone in five minutes, or so I thought. When I returned to base, which happened to be a submarine, I was told that according to sonar, there was still one more person alive on the island. I was to return the very next day to seek out and kill the remaining survivor. The next morning I woke up and ate fiber one cereal, which was unusually delicious. Ten minutes were spent gearing up before I departed the surfaced submarine (on my jet packs). As I flew towards the island, I could feel the force of the wind and could not help admiring the sea. I saw a whale. Approaching the shore, I spotted a girl. Hesitantly, I drew out my rifle and took a shot at her, prioritizing my mission above doubts. It went through her body, as if she were an ally in a video game. Confused, I took another shot, but it was also ineffective. As my feet touched the shore, I drew out my knife, expecting her to charge at me with a blade of her own; instead, she turned and ran into the dense jungle. She seemed to be curious rather than scared, based on the way she ran. Footprints on the ground where she once stood erased my doubts of her status as a mortal. I stood there, deliberating the situation. Even though I was aware of the possibility of traps, curiosity compelled me to give chase, and so I followed her footprints into the jungle. The sands of the shore were soon replaced by a soft bed of leaves, red and green. It was then, as my boots crunched the leaves, that I remembered my life before becoming a soldier. I thought about my childhood, and how I loved to play in the grass. It was a rather fun daydream. As I stood there reminiscing, the girl appeared out of nowhere. My military instincts took over; I threw the knife at her and ran in the opposite direction. Taking a glance backwards, I saw that it too had no effect; it simply went through the girl's body, and the blade cleaved a thin branch sticking out from a tree. The sound of more leaf crunches told me that it was pursuing me. I removed the pin of one of my grenades and threw it towards her direction. Three seconds after the explosion, the girl burst through the smoke, and seemed to be running faster than a human is capable of doing. When she was closing in on me, I gave up. She was twenty feet away from me when I stopped; the moment I did, she ceased "sprinting" and slowly walked towards me and smiled in a reassuring manner. I was suddenly in a white shirt and jeans. I was in my grandma's house. My parents were there. My grandparents were there. Their caretaker was there. Everyone was...eating. No one seemed to be aware of me and the girl's presence. She continued her advance. As she approached me, images of her appeared in my head. I had seen her somewhere; she was one grade below me when I was in high school. When we were in high school. She was a foot away from me. Six inches. We were toe to toe. Nose to nose. And then I kissed her. I woke up, and I was in high school again
