Uh, if you're talking about the African Renaissance statue in Senegal, a North Korean company was paid by the Senegalese government to build that. And the Ryugyong Hotel only ended up being a waste of money because construction halted due to lack of funds. An Egyptian company started working on it again a couple of years ago. The country isn't really closed but as a tourist you would only be able to go to a handful of places. | ||
