Well I don't live in Omaha, Ne but I'm pretty sure my water comes from there. Dont you use hot (boiling) water when you make tea? In that case it should be safe. Boiling water kills microbes. It does not clean the water of impurities. Obviously you should just do what the ancients did just constantly drink everything with a bit of alcohol in it, it's it will kill you but it wont kill you that quickly.

all the cities are in america. This pretty much says that you don't need crazy water purification tablets just to avoid dying from drinking tap water.
besides, drinking distilled water only is actually harmful to your cells as well.

I live in one of the cities with the worst water. This is unsettling. I've always found it good-tasting. So if it is the worst, then it must have the most toxins?
