Either way, if he's convicted he would be put on the Sex Offenders list which would be such bullshit for this guy being so young and getting on one of the worst lists you can be on for the rest of his life over something dumb like this. | ||

I live in a household where people walking around naked is nothing remotely out of the ordinary. Sure we have blinds installed and such, but I had no idea it was something you could be arrested for. Going strictly by the law, (and yes I'm familiar with these laws lol), if you can be seen naked from public grounds, it classifies as indecent exposure. If however you can only be seen naked from your private property, they are technically a peeping tom. Basically, I can walk around naked when I feel like it. But I don't dance in front of open windows. It still amazes me that we're such a country full of goddamn prudes T_T | ||
