While in the initial stages of installation, a box pops up which says: "A required CD/DVD drive device driver is missing. If you have a driver floppy disk, CD, DVD, or USB flash drive, please insert it now." It then gives me the option of browsing through my computer for whatever it is that it's looking for. I googled "windows 7 required cd/dvd drive device driver missing" and a TON of stuff came up. It looks like there isn't a single fix but that for many it has to do with sata and IDE stuff. I'm a bit lost and have no idea where to start... ![]() | ||

Each login only gets one key per software title - therefore you can't just simply use my login." at the very top. right so there are actually separate keys for the different versions of Windows 7... like there's a key for 32-bit version, and another key for 64-bit version. Depending on which program you're under, you may also get more options, like under the MSDNAA for IEEE, there's a French version of Windows 7 which has it's own key (which you can use for your regular English copy iirc) | ||
