Just like how icefrog ripped off pendragon and guinsoo? which in turn ripped off everything when they made it all-stars? give me a break, icefrog gave S2 clearance to use the dota concept and heroes a long time ago. they took over and will evolve the concept just like icefrog did with pendragon and guinsoos work.

Indeed it is. I'm still surprised so many people don't get that.

w00t, got a BETA key thanks to ZoW, and I started playing last week. I was never really into DotA that much, but I started to play both games now. My handle is zoLo in the game.

I never really liked DotA, but I'm starting to like the engine of this game.

Played like 3 games, trying to get used to the environment and the heroes. Seems like a fairly well done and polished game.

I'd be interested in playing with you guys, as I always seem to be stuck with the bad pubs who think SnY and Vanguard are good items. Playing with a coordinated team would be a lot more fun ;D.

Yesterday I played one match, it's very unfriendly to newbies. Had good teammates, but noobs as me. The other team seemed to play better, because they ganked in pairs but I managed to kill 4-5 dudes.
We lost, but I had fun except at then when they vastly overpowered us with levels and items.

I finally got back home some days ago and got invite from friend.
Most pub players didn't buy boots only in beginning and spammed way less than in most of my DotA games, which was pleasantly suprising.
Only problem I have with this is the rare occurance of some weird error with my video card that gives black screen for awhile, and of course I still have trouble finding some items after only a few games.
