takes longer but works better my shooting underwent perhaps ~4 different shooting styles until it happened to "land" on the "correct" style of shooting... eventually even if you dont read this guide, with practice you will be just as good

I tried that today, my forward arm is blocking my right eye if i do that. in my opinion, the ball shouldn't be in the center of the head. what happens is just like you describe, your shooting arm will block your right eye. the ball should be on top of your eyes and on top of your forehead. the elbow shouldn't be bent and it should be at 90 degrees but again, if your shot works for u, don't change it

I'm not at my prime right now, thanks to work and college, however i'm trying to get it back this summer. I want to improve my endurance, speed and power. So far I'm only doing lateral pushup. do you know any good plyometric workouts especially for the legs?

I play a lot of ball, and I think this Youtube has the best basic basketball tutorial videos. I totally agree with all of the nuances.

So far I'm only doing lateral pushup. do you know any good plyometric workouts especially for the legs? jump rope actually helps a lot, which is something i really recommend if you want to workout. it helps in all the areas you mentioned. jump roping helps both your speed/power and definitely on your endurance (basically cardio). its a really good idea, cheap to buy, and fun if you don't want to go to the gym other ideas you can do are squats and jumping sideways onto something high. eg. have a box next to you, and jump sideways on top of the box
