There's also a guy offering $1k IIRC to anyone who got a 700pp play by the end of this year (plus a bit more time, i think) watched him live for a bit, he is capable the chat at the end of that vid - his nomod 553pp play overwrote the combobreak HR run (which would be 650) | ||

I just don't find relax fun so I'll probably never end up doing it Cyro is a good example of why relax helps, his aim is RIDICULOUS and he plays a lot of relax | ||

For if you're really out of inspiration, I'll mention one of my practice methods (again). Get some random 5 star map you're reasonably comfortable with. Set it to ar6 cs6, and play it with ht and hr (and nf). The ar part isn't really necessary, but the point is to practice this at ar below you're used to. Don't look at accuracy, you're probably going to miss a lot. By being very critical of your cursor positioning (low cs) and forcing yourself to not only aim, but also control your cursor well (slightly lower ar) in a slow environment, you practice both muscle memory and hand coordination. It's really really boring though (and frustrating), but for me, the improvements were very clear. I don't think pointing to one person is a proper way of proving a practice method works. You may want to take note that cyro has been focussing on aim for longer than you'll probably ever play relax. In my memory we played around 2013 for the first time in mp. And he was a relax specialist back then (playing literally nothing but relax), telling me that I was one of the very few who could actually keep up. Even if my memory slips and it was a year later, that was 1.5 years ago. Cyro is not representative of any regular player regarding aim. Just to restate, I don't think practicing relax is bad, just mentioning cyro as an example is not really a good argument. Cyro, I meant no offense to you of course. I hope at least that is clear :$ | ||
