Toxic in what way? Dota players tend to be toxic, but I'm not sure why they would be more toxic than osu players in osu. At least you don't have teammates to blame if you suck at osu.
There was one player who was seriously good though. He was only 17k rank, but got 1k combo on caramelldansen by star stream. Getting that isn't as special, but 1k during multiplayer is pretty nice. I barely won that one (just missed a few notes later than him because i misread a stream of sliders >.>). owerpower was his account.

Honestly, I'm surprised it was the first time you met toxic players since I'm pretty sure the average age of osu players is fairly low. Maybe it's just because you never had that bug before
I think it's actually fairly common to have high pc on a few maps, but yeah it's usually not as extreme as Illidan. Well, whatever floats bis boat I guess?
average age of players on r/osu polled i think was only 14 or 15. Similar to league, a bit younger than WoW and then there are those few games like EVE online that somehow manage to keep a huge sub base averaging 28 year olds (they have a lot of 18's, but also a lot of 40-50's)

Seems like the vote system has changed to include only maps you played, unless I remember the other years wrong. Miss You seems to be the only map I can vote on. Not like it means much since I don't play often and it's apparently hated according to the comment section.

I thought about actually trying to get some PP from airman, ~97% acc with combo on half the map looks to be worth ~170-200 maybe. I can combo everything aside from the back and forth jumps which gives me the impression that if i practiced them specifically and played the map 500 times, it might actually be fc-able but i'm not sure if that's a legitimate thing to think, or if i am still falling prey to the Dunning-Kruger effect

Played for some hours today but accomplished nothing of note aside from about a dozen 1x miss or 1x sliderbreak Hoshizora no ima S.S. HR's (swear i can 97% fc this like any time i sit down and my brain is working correctly)

this was one of the more heartbreaking runs, kinda bad camera position though (i was testing some stuff out)
