Funny story happened a few hours ago.

I just arrived home and logged in, when my friend Trust told me to hurry the fuck up into FIO. Turns out he had a Mach and RavenNavyIssue doing anoms. Now FIO is ike 8jumps through hostile nullsec, including 00ty which is blackmark homesystem and had 50 in local, so they've seen me coming for a long time. Yet they decided to continue smacktalking Trust, who was in a drake, in local for not trying to take them on, after he failed the first time and warped out.
I proceed on my way to the destination and arrive safely, scouted for shit by a 10man AF gang, just 1 jump away from destination, which called me out in local, but decided to jump bridge out instead of trying to kill me. So i've 100% been called in intel channels.
Yet, i jump into system and get fleetwarped along with trusts drake. As we land, both are still there, still ratting their anom...needless to say we kill them, but they continue trashtalking. And by trashtalking i mean they were spamming "cowards" in local over and over. Neither of them had any juicy faction fit, so i travelled the same route back to lowsec.

But wait, theres more.

Just 5 minutes after i finally arrived back in Okagaiken, trust tells me that they've undocked a golem and vargur. Needless to say, they just continued doing anoms.
Thinking that, unlike a mach, marauders can have decent tank, i called kwark, who was in the area too, to join me. I did this in GA. Now it happens that calanthe, FA director, was on our teamspeak at that time listening to kwark rants and other stories, as mandini says something along the lines of: LOL YOURE KILLING THE FA GUYS?
Yeah, way to be subtle! I don't know if calanthe told them anything or not, but to be honest, it didnt matter anyway if they were just a tiny bit aware of local...

So we decided to head back there and go for it anyway. Going the same route for the third time now, we got scouted and called out in their intel channels, but the guys continued ratting. Arriving at the destination, we sent only kwark in, along with trust who was in local all the time, so they dont recognize my name. However, they warped out just as kwark and trust were landing in their anom. It was finished . So i guess despite all the intel they had, they escaped death because the anom was finished, not because they were aware of local. But they still kept trashtalking. So i waited 1jump out, with trust having cloaky eyes on them sitting in their pos. Kwark went home because he had other shit to do.
But bads are bad, so they decided to warp to my system...and jump. Unscouted...needless to say i pointed and webbed the vargur as it decloaked. The golem managed to escape mere seconds before trust decloaked after jumping himself.
In hindsight, i could have switched the point from the vargur to the golem, and turned off web to force the vargur to align for a few more seconds, which would have left trust enough seconds to point it, but i didn't think about it in the heat of the "fight".
Anyway, as the vargur is now being tripple webbed and dieing rapidly, he decides to continue trashtalking us, with jewels like

mach reships into vargur and gets killed again jumping into an unscouted systemw ith me waiting on the gate despite knowing we were after him

Addendum: A few hours later i was back in lowsec, doing the juicy explorations, as fallen calls out being probed by a mach & tengu. After inspecting the killboard, we deduced that the tengu was probably siegelinking. So we got a small fleet of 3 tengus and a drake up, warped the drake to the plex where the mach was already waiting 40km off the warpin. Fortunately the mach pilot was an idiot and let himself scram by the drake, so the tengus had enough time to warp before the drake died.
