Midfight with the basi the worm pilot comes back in a Harbinger, so after we killed the harbinger we switch to him and gun him down. Now before i continue i have to add before all the fights started, the guy warped in an orca on a third account that was standing still all the time. So when the harb now reaches hull he motherfucking docks in his fucking orca and warps out in a vigil. The orca wasnt aggressed of course. So we are left wiht only 200m in kills instead of 250m  | ||

I immediately give the order to burn down, expressed as the words "okay, burn down", as in look down, double click that direction. firebolt in a cane decides that the order was "brawl him down", an order reserved for when we've got an overwhelming advantage and want to kill a guy asap to stop him docking. Therefore, despite having no tackle on him and being free to just fly away because he was previously nanoing perfectly and holding his range he immediately gets himself tackled. That's right, when he's in a nanoship and people warp in 30k away from him his immediate response is to charge at the nearest one and get at 0k range. So then there were four. We regrouped and resumed harassing this larger pack. They made a feint towards us and fleisch didn't notice he'd left his mwd and capped himself out. He didn't notice right up to the point where his mwd wasn't working and he was already pointed. So then there were three. At this point VoV and I are pissed off. We've been fucking with the locals here for days and neither of us have lost a ship. We've killed a fuckload and it's been going amazingly and then the one time we let less experienced members fly with us (fleisch has like 14m SP by now, wtf man) they do this to us. So VoV goes to get his cheetah (at my request) and we tell weken to leave the op. I don't notice they've got probes on me because I didn't dscan for over a minute and I was on grid with them so easy to find. As a result they start warping in on me and I have to nano away (their rapier got within 30k twice and didn't web me :S). I do that fine and then dock up and VoV and I start talking about how they were probing me. Then about four minutes later weken says "they got me". Naturally VoV and I are confused because weken was very clearly instructed to go home. It turns out that he thought he'd stick around, not tell anyone, safe up, not listen to us talking about how they were probing us down and get probed down. In short, 90% of the hatchery is fucking retarded and letting them fly with me is a liability. | ||
