The objective is to stack objects on top of one another without any falling off. The objects fall and push each other realistically. Your stack doesn't have to be perfect: as long as it "stands" for about 8 seconds, it is "successful" and you advance to the next level.
Those of you who have reached level 8 "Balance" may recognize that there is a 270x270 box missing from this picture. This is because it has fallen completely off the right side of the screen, but apparently it did not fall below the bottom edge because I still (barely) passed.
So, share your progress and share your amusing successes.
well inc, for that one, i had the same gray block positions, and I had the blue blocks in a tower that was leaning right, and put the green on top of the tower. Then i just randomly placed the circles on the gray block :p

Same way I made this (level 20):
(this actually took me quite a while to set up without the balls rolling away )
wait what do u do drop the balls high and place the pillars below? That is some fucking APM+accuracy. edit- well it's not that hard. but there seems to be multiple easy ways to beat this anyways.
I did that level much differently. I should of SS'd it.
PS- Probably a good idea for everyone to just SS every level and don't even upload until someone asks about it or something.

Level 25, "The Centrepiece", looks like a daunting task, with a large beam balancing precariously on two triangle tips. But if you use the inherent asymmetry to your advantage, you can stack your marbles in a lovely arrangement.

Yes, that's how I got those beams under everything else.
(Btw, if you haven't realized it yet, all of my "helpful solutions" have been sarcastic. )

You will need this for one of the 30s level. I forgot which it was but basically you build 1 pillar of square and suddenly they give you a triangle and expect you to build on top of the triangle. But by abusing this you can build beneath the triangle ^^
Turns out, Bonus Mode just randomizes the order in which the pieces come. Some of the levels can still be fun like this, e.g. Build a Bridge for Fatty:
None of my previous screenshots were made with bonus mode, though.
In the end, my favourite solution was probably my level 25 "Centrepiece" solution, which I posted earlier.

Basically I would pile the blocks into a tower that would lean to the right. The last 3-5 blocks would be thrown randomly across the top of the screen, then the big vertical beam would be put at about midscreen, then the horizontal beam would be placed across the initial block and the circle on the right. Finally, the triangle would go on the right end of the horizontal beam, and I'd pray that the big vertical beam wouldn't fall off, nor would any of the tower blocks, before the time ran out.
Alright, unless someone wants to have a wackiest-solution-possible contest, I'm done with this game. Goodnight. :z
fuck i just realized you can't start on any level >.< gotta do all 20 levels over again.
edit- wow for level 18 "support your team" I didn't even beat it properly the first time I actually stacked the tall rectangle blocks on the yellow faces without them falling ever.
I am stumped on 21, "framework". I think there must be something I am missing as far "inherent abilities" in the game because I don't see how to do this and I've tried setting up the first colored blocks like ten different ways but no matter how I put them there is no room for the gray blocks and/or the 20 balls that come afterwords.
This is the best start I can come up with so far
lol I guess it helps if I actually pay attention to the hints/level names. + Show Spoiler +

Thanks, I would never have figured that out on my own!!
It's interesting, none of my solutions were the same as the ones posted by others. I didn't find it that hard tbh. It takes at most 3 attempts to find a workable solution, then it's just execution (which can take a while).
I thought the 'tricky' ones were more fun than the 'hard' ones. the hard stacks were just like "hey, cram a ton of weird shapes into a big blob without it tipping."

Sweet I'm now the best of all time.... I feel like I've achieved something :p I know I can still shave a bit more time off, maybe 31secs is the limit, but cba.

Nicely done! That pyramid level is my achilles heel. I lose sooooo much time there =\
On February 06 2009 10:41 CharlieMurphy wrote: how did u manage to get it sideways? Wait how do you have a ball as next item?
I am playing bonus mode. Every piece is random. I managed to complete all but 3 levels (check previous picture).
Sideways is easy, just put big piece next to left or right side and bug it between those purple blocks. Little bit higher than my pic shows (so that lower part is over the lower block.
Perhaps if big piece is sideways and then make little cup to middle if you get lucky with little and big pieces
That's exactly how I beat it!
I couldn't beat it the normal way so I ended up flipping one piece on it's side.
That was a pretty fun game although it was really easy. I refuse to play bonus mode because sometimes its impossible to play with the pieces you are dealt.
Edit: @charlie murphy--- Drop the first big one on the lower right hand corner. The piece should tilt to the center. Hope that helps.
dropped first 6 on the side, then quickly placed middle block. Some luck involved here cause the first 6 boucne around randomly, sometimes off the edge D:
You can actually sandwich 5 circles vertically between the blocks. It's easy if you place your pointer just below the top one and drop them down one at a time without moving your mouse. The last one will squeeze the stack, but it should stay put.
The big pile was a lot higher before the big one knocked it over; the three outer purples were on top, no idea how they survived. Little dude on the left apparently ninja'd under there to save my ass when the platform went off balance.
Some attempts at #21, from the "how is that stable?!" department: + Show Spoiler +
Uh.. now what?
I think that's where I put it, or maybe under the purple. Stuff bounced around a lot.
How...
Got most of the ones on the screen (big bar went on top pressed against the left one), but eventually toppled it. =/
I was going to say something nice and then I saw this!
You may notice that I turned on "MouseKeys" (an Accessibility feature in WinXP) to use my keyboard's numpad to control my cursor with pixel-perfect precision.

I just did a speed run for the fuck of it, This is like my 5th time doing a speedrun so it's not extremely skilled and no mistakes. I know I could beat my time and others have already scored in the 30s, I just don't see a video for the first 10 levels up.

Yea, I made at least 1 mistake on like half the levels though.
level 1 is fine, level 2 is fine, level 3 is fine, level 4 could just drop the pyramids from lower so they don't bounce/delay level 5 I totally miscounted the blocks and put the stick down wrong (Shoulda been 4 and 4 then stick on both for big block to go on) I nearly lost on that level. level 6 was just a bit slow and badly placed circles rolling. level 7 is my pimp play level, but I forgot it was next and i had the cursor at the bottom and double taked it back to the top, then I missed the big block on the bottom too. level 8 is fine imo. level 9 starts a bit slow and I fuck up the blocks and then I forget the circles come before the triangle. level 10 I just start off slow, build is fine.
All that added together I think I could probably shave off 10-12 seconds.

lol, I thought that was intentional and was like, woah cool!
On February 08 2009 12:01 CharlieMurphy wrote: Hey Bill, how did you stack 11 30x30 circles high? everytime I go passed 10 it falls.
... Do it like in the video? jk
Probably what's happening is, you're placing the 11th one and it's overlapping the 10th one too much, so it causes stuff to shift around randomly and that's what makes the stack fall. In the video, you can see me putting the 11th one as high off the top of the screen as possible because of this.
By the way, in my experience you can put everything in a vertical stack of balls except the big green triangle and the inclined bars. E.g. you can stick one of the big vertical bars on top of a ball, and as long as it's dead-centre (MouseKeys gogo), the stack will stand and you can even put more balls on top of it.
The big green triangle can be stable on top of a stack of balls, and I've had up to one ball on top of it without falling. But I've never been able to put 2 or more balls on top. =/
