We should have the masons.

Masons: A group of townies that know each other. (They're all innocent). They can have blue roles or can be regular greens.
Mason Recruiter: A member of the Masons. Each night he can recruit one person to join the masons. ...think mafia infiltration...

Its not invincible and can be compromised. Also none of the masons are invincible. The mole also cannot be a mason. Unless of course the mole is recruited to the masons.

And I think having an unknown number of mafia/blues takes out some of the strategy in the game. You can have variable mafia as long as you have a range like in this game. But blues should not be variable.

Btw next game can DTs *not* roleclaim first day in the next game if one of the big players is mafia. It's just a bitch to deal with. If they're a big player let them try and run things for a while, at least until day 2 that way we can see who they're protecting etc etc.

I wasn't the rockstar. But rockstar is imba. I was the rockstar bodyguard, which means I could have faked being the rockstar. We could confirm it by having the real rockstar and the other bodyguard pm some confirmed townie. Thus, if the mafia randomly targeted the real rockstar by luck, he wouldn't die. Also, nobody would think to target me since I'm the supposed rockstar. Since nobody would be able to prove I'm not the real rockstar, you'd have two invincible townies. Thus silencer = fail.

I agree with refining the ideas. I don't think you need to assume caller was 'thoughtless' he may have overlooked the power of a few roles.

I think no rolechecks should be allowed until day 2.

The last two games have gone down hill quickly with "DTS" jumping out of the woodwork right from the get go.

Maybe make DTs immune to a first night attack also and they get a clue. That way gayness doesn't ensue right from the get go.
