Ok, after reading this thread and seeing how many people loved X, please, for the love of god, go play grandia 2, which ffX completely ripped off =\ That is why X is horrible, it ripped off a storyline, making minor minor tweaks to make it seem different, and was a crap game in comparison. You already said that, nobody cares. Edit: Also, FFX came out 1 year later, and definitely took longer then a year to develop. If there are similarities, then it is a coincidence. | ||

but arent those type of people the ones make fun of forums like these as well (for their sc > sc2 sort of opinions)? I could just picture that guy making a video paying out some poster on these forums about how shit sc2 will be or something | ||

Sure every squarenix games have tons and tons of secret items/weapons that can be achieved if you are willing to spend hours on it.. Actaully now I thnk I might replay ff9.. such a great game.. | ||

That's not really what I meant, you see in FF4-8 they all have parts, where if you do something wrong early game, it fucks up a chance to do something late game. | ||

I do remember there being some items that you could miss, like coffees and figurines or something. Also maybe some of the moogle letters. I'm not really sure what the reward for the items were, but if you care about getting everything you may want to find a good guide since I doubt anybody is going to remember the locations of everything. edit: here is a missable items faq i found on gamefaqs. | ||

JK FFV and VI were the most recent I've played through (I've played every one except XII) I'm really down with Job Classes I think those are fun. As far as faith in the series, what are you going to do start playing Dragon Quest? Imagine trying to do that and BW. | ||

That's a real RPG, i lost faith in Final Fantasy when 11 came too. just FF6,FF3/FF7,/FF9/FF10 is good really.... 4,5 is mediocre...... Valkyrie profile is the "hit" now | ||

The only good thing that came out of 12 was their Voice acting. As far as FF13 will go, i'm pretty confident it wont be a fluke, every single first FF on any given console was great (think FF1,7,10) | ||
