My co-workers were all talking about this, this afternoon.
We were like, "Ooo, looking forward to see Avery get killed"

Then an hour later when we found out he was suspended:
"Awwww"

PS. We have a hockey pool for every Flames' game.

yea i really don't see why it warrants an indefinite suspension, guys like neil headhunting are ok but saying some words is suspendable? Its a pretty stupid standard, just fine him and let him take his beating in the game. I know what he said was far from classy but it really is not a big deal in the scheme of things, the only person it hurts is himself, both physically next time he plays the flames and in the public perception of him (could it get any worse though?).
