Edit: can somebody make me a custom TL sign since I seem to be computer illiterate and can't figure out resizing in paint. If you want you can send it straight to the custom place for randombum

How to resize in mspaint (for dummies, the blind (who can't read this), and those who haven't experimented with it)

1) Get the image you want into mspaint and have it fill up the entire are (no white), I recommend making the white area well smaller than the image then pasting it in.
2) Image---> Attributes to see what size the image currently is
3) Determine what % you need to scale image by to get desired size
4) Image---> Strech/Skew, use the strech option

I assume you are going to want to measure in Pixels and you might need a calculator to find the percentage to scale.

lol, I just opened up mspaint and pasted a 25 by 25 pixel image. Then I pasted image I wanted and moved it to the correct spot. Since, only 25 by 25 will be shown. I just opened up another mspaint to resize image, hehe.

edit: I got the 25 by 25 from mmosbg, I used the duckie image, tehe.
