1) Get the image you want into mspaint and have it fill up the entire are (no white), I recommend making the white area well smaller than the image then pasting it in. 2) Image---> Attributes to see what size the image currently is 3) Determine what % you need to scale image by to get desired size 4) Image---> Strech/Skew, use the strech option I assume you are going to want to measure in Pixels and you might need a calculator to find the percentage to scale. | ||

Then I pasted image I wanted and moved it to the correct spot. Since, only 25 by 25 will be shown. I just opened up another mspaint to resize image, hehe. edit: I got the 25 by 25 from mmosbg, I used the duckie image, tehe. | ||
