tbh i think cheftain could be really imba..owned few games solo mid on euro hlr1. if u get them into ult that 35%hp loss + slow is big thing...+ low cd. the main problem is u need a mass disabler in team fight or a initialiser in a gang so u can spirit + stun freelly and usually u get 2+ enemies . then just ult and it's gg

been thinking at a blink spirit+stun in a big battle but that requires a bkb mostly, or a mass disabler before.

btw do u think that stun really really lasts for 5 sec? sometimes it does, sometimes it seems to me that i get to my target, and stun is gone...mb some shitty bug

Not even, as playing against him all last night in inhouses he is not imba. His ult is easily dodged (it takes like 3-4 seconds to actually cast), his ghost is not that much of a threat and his aoe stun is easily dodged (takes 2 seconds to cast, and does low damage, + breaks on any hero damage done to you). Hes a str hero, so his mana pool wont be large enough to cast most of his spells multiple times over in a fight, meaning you dodge his ult and hes going to lose alot of damage.

well yea, many players dodged that ult but that's the point of the first stun..in mosts gangs where u come from mid you get BEHIND them, summon spirit then stun. you either get stunned and fail, or they have to either go back and get stunned by u or go in the other direction, where your teammates are. anyway the idea was that if you manage to stun them with the spirit you can't miss ulti

The ult only takes that long because the path has to form, but if you aim it right and the enemy is towards the end of the path, then it only gives them one second to react until it goes off, and the CDs for his ulti/stun and ghost are really small. Also, purist is STR hero too, yet people almost always build inteli stuff on him. You can do the same with tauren, but use more of a mid-long range caster. That level 3 ult is a real bitch.
