I don't know if this is smart move for HoN. Idea wise, it's a great way to build up a more stable player base in anticipation for the release of Dota 2. However, I don't know if the timing was proper. Do too much too early and Valve can learn at S2's expense. It feels too early in my opinion, should have done it mid beta-testing for Dota 2 to cut into it's release hype.
EHOME/LGD game, I missed, need a link, but watching the other games so far from SMM is pretty funny. It's pretty clear these players vastly underestimate the new Bracers/Bands/Nulls on some heroes.
Also, remove Alchemist from the game until you can reintroduce him as non-broken state. The margin of error you have with him is like 15 minutes and the margin of error you have against him is like 5 if that. I don't think there's another hero that you can say the same about, not even Brokeback Pig was that bad, nor was Specter ever that horrible.

spectre was more awful imo (well farmed, a hell of a lot easier to beat than alch) just because the entire team would die half way just to kill him, and the fact that once farmed it was easy to just haunt back when other team pushes
the replays already up on gg.net i havent even watched it, the best is still to come i still think people overblown that game, some outstanding team fights and really entertaining but EHOME wasn't even close to losing
looks like top 3 china once again where is DTS when you need em i change my predictions its gonna be nirvana china, lgd.sgty, ehome ;D

Is this at your home? If it's an administrated network like a school dorm, then they might be filtering your connection. If it's only in-game (test with speedtest+pingtest), wonky firewall rules might be suspect as well. Install a new antivirus app lately or anything?
this is a disappointing game... nv.cn is getting rolled by the exact same strat used against lgd.
exploit doom kneejerk autoban with tinker pick, then just straight up ban all the major gank-specialising playmakers to create space for burning's late carry game.
links links links any links? >< i haven't watched good dota in a while (altho i saw some dts vs ehome iirc game, with russian commentary. shit was cash)
what i've learned from SMM: chinese teams are completely inflexible... they train up a strategy, and they'll ride it into the ground, in flames if need be. ehome already showed their hand this tournament and no response from nirvana.cn, sticking to the syllabear carry strat they've been using. Either too confident in their preparation, or too scared to mix it up on-the-fly; I don't know which.
edit: i think I would've liked to see a necrolyte pick from nv that game. I don't know what the chinese see in windrunner... she's too jack-of-all-trades-master-of-none ish.

Yes it is at my home. I've been the using the same AV for about three or so months now and it just started happening to me. It only happens in HoN so I thought it had something to do with the patch messing some stuff up
