I don't have screenshots of the first few messages he sent me because GFWL auto-deleted them, but the story begins with me taking a couple matches from him on Ranked the first day I started using my new stick. My laptop Mic must have been on because he messaged me that I was a "faggot" for having a stick while he, as a real man, used his keyboard to play-- I didn't respond.

I saw him again a couple weeks later and joined. He's using Sagat now, originally he was playing with Boxer I believe. Round starts and he chips me a couple times with TSs and I notice that he set the time for 10 seconds and it was a 1 round match. Time expires, he wins. I laughed a little to myself and played a couple more matches before recieving this message:


I wish my messages were saved but I will try to give the gist of what I was saying. To the above, I responded with a simple, "Lulz." Nothing else, I was not yet aware of what I was getting into.


Ouch. Before then, I was going through life unaware that I blew ass. I suggested to him that the divekicks could be blocked both high and low, and were really nothing to be too concerned about.


Blocking isn't his style though.

Weeks passed, I received some sporadic hatemail from a couple opponents when I picked up sim as a secondary, but it wasn't the same. Then all of a sudden he was back, and I found my way into one of his games. I was excited and anxious about what was to come. I usually play with sound muted/music playing but not today and I could hear him talking to someone about how much of a "douche" I was and using various adjectives describing me as an unskilled player. I listened, and the game didn't start. I heard him say "This kid has no life, I can't believe this faggot is still here." I couldn't believe it either, so I stayed in the lobby and left to make a sandwich and
have a cigarette. I came back a half hour later and he was still there. He really didn't want to give up. I turned on Dexter and smoked a bowl before he finally disconnected after ~40 mins.

I sent him a message complementing his game dodging skills and expressing my disappointment that he had given up after so long. To it, I received:




I told him that I was surprised by the change in language, that before I thought he couldn't have been more than 13 years old. I also mentioned that I thought I had heard him talking to someone with a masculine voice and not the girlfriend he asserted, but added that if it was a girl she might have severe pulmonary problems. From the response that follows, apparently I also criticized his grammar and used the word "diatribe" at some point which truly outraged him.









I don't know what else to say. Not only does this man have a 136 IQ, but he has a girlfriend who may appear in a commercial and once attended open tryouts for the Denver Nuggets. I hope to achieve half as much as him in my lifetime.
