He does a lot of damage as well since you auto activate any < 3 charge special due to Urvan -1 to special charges and Steady Stance +1 to charge gain when attacked. So Luna/Bonfire (if you SI this) will activate on every counter attack you do, causing him to do easily 60+ damage before armor. My ike has 52 attack/35 defense, so Bonfire would put him at 69 attack. And depending on who I am counter attacking, Luna might do even more with half armor vs hectors/ephraims/xanders. The only thing I haven't settled on is his C skill. He has threaten defense, but if I am going to keep Luna it loses some appeal. I will have to look into it, or just SI bonfire and keep threaten defense. | ||

Oh yea he is, but I despise Ike even more due to how overrated he is and the value of a elibean finals is noteworthy. Though if we are being honest Eliwood is the only truly great elibean lord character wise | ||

Hector and Eliwood both suffer from having to share screen time and not really being fleshed out adequately, while at the same time not having a true route split like Gaiden/FE8/TRS to expand each character individually. | ||

So what's great about Eliwood is how he tries to remain true to himself despite everything that happens around him. It's what sets him apart from the others. I don't think Eliwood would be better with a split, he delves deep into himself through Hector and Lyn | ||
