A reasonable measure if you don't often/ever dodge, as then you can only attack for as long as you can stay positive on HP. Gym Offense takes the better of No Weave/Weave Damage over 100s and multiplies by the Pokemon's base attack to arrive at a ranking of raw damage output. Gym Defense takes the calculated Gym Weave Damage over 100s and multiplies by Tankiness to arrive at a ranking of how much damage a Pokemon will output when defending a gym. | ||

And the sightings list is missing in action. Edit: one of the very best changes Niantic made to the ingame tracker was removing duplicates. They just readded duplicates. I see 4 Rattats, 3 Pidgey, 2 Spearow on it while the Seel, Drowsee and Krabby within catching range of me are unlisted(granted most pokemon I catch are never on my sighting list anyways since i think it reads starting at max distance and works its way toward you). Yeah but you can hatch the 5 2k eggs for more stardust and still have the 10km eggs. It's not either-or. The pokemon you get are the same in either case long term (you'll hatch all the eggs you are currently holding eventually). Go for the stardust, you may even get more 10km eggs out of it. | ||

I kinda wish there was a bit more width to the game, like randomly spawning trainers. I saw a LP of Minecraft's "Pixelmon" mod, and while it is hilariously stupid in some aspects (dat 'Karp evolution, hehehe), that aspect doesn't seem too bad. Reward with XP, stardust, items, w/e, it wouldn't seem too hard to implement. /end shameless entitlement suggestion | ||
