Well tomorrow is Moltres day….I've seen that you need at least 4 people so im not sure I'll be able to catch some (only have 1 irl friend that I convinced to get back into the game when I started).

It went very well, I guess. Did 5 raids, caught 2 Moltres.

For all you guys with great pokes it will be rather easy pickings to beat him….the catching part will be the hard one...at least for me....failed to catch 3 of the 5 moltres faced.

No shinies for me but one of the guys that was in the group found 2 shinies in a row, caught both. Other of us caught all 5 seen….one of us was 0 for 5 when I had to leave. Poor guy. He had a 6th pass so I hope he caught it then.

Yeah I just finished my raids as well, did maybe 10-12 and caught 7 moltreres, 2 shinies included (btw they look FUGLY like a red grapefruit...) 4 or 5 got away, stupid little cuckbirds...

Was in a van group that turned into a wagon trail of 15+ people for the full 3 hours. Got into 25 raids, caught 19, 1 shiny.

So, apparently all 3 birds are coming to raids and then mewtwo this month. This gives us poor bastards that can't get any EX raid passes a chance to finally get ourselves a Mewtwo.
And Mewtwo is the bees-kness, if you know what I mean. Extremely strong and potent attacker in the current meta. I love it!
What are your thoughts about it?

I have 2 mewtwos already, but 1 stinks and there are many good M2 movesets so more chances are appreciated. When it comes to his usefulness, he really isn't all that great in my experience unless you are trying to solo Machamp raids. I can't recall the last T5 Raid that was weak to psychic. Shadow Ball variant mewtwos are good for beating mewtwo raids, if said mewtwo isn't sporting shadowball.

He is kinda strong as a generalist though. Its weird how much this game is really just about having a machamp army. With the birds + mewtwo coming back it will be the first time in a while where Machamp is irrelevant (aside from being the best blizzey killer, because f*** blissey).

Since I started playing again close to a month ago, I completely missed Articuno and Zapdos. Raids rarely happen around where I am so EX raid pickings are laughable unless I consistently drive 30m+ to busy areas.

I'm honestly more hyped about gen1 regionals going into 7k eggs than anything else, since regionals are the thing that vexes me the most about this game.

Would also be nice to use the 60+ rare candy I have on something.

Does anybody know if the gen1 regionals going into eggs today need to come from that region to have a chance at hatching it, or are they just thrown into the RNGene pool?(IE, the gift has to come from EU to have a Mr. Mime)

Well today you can see the difference! So many Kanto pokemon around and 3 articuno raids in a 5 minute walking distance or less, 1 moltres, 2 charmanders also around the same distance.

Unfortunately no raiding for me today. Lets see if I can get a Zapdos tomorrow! Or a mewtwo.

These spawns are god tier for me. I'm overloaded with machop, geodude, and gastly spawns. Caught a Chansey and, to a lesser extent obviously, seen a couple Lapras.

Nice to see some Magikarp again because I needed like 170 more candy to make progress on one of the research things.

So, anyone hatched a regional pokemon from the 7km eggs? I did 8 today and got like 2 meoths and 6 sandshrews...
I want that farfetch'd, tauros and Kangaskhan....
