From what I have noticed what happens half the time is that teams get good picks, try to enter a site and then lose 5v3 or plant the bomb and have terrible postplant lol

I mean you make it sound like its easy for five people who rarely ever play together and come from a variety of different ranks to be perfectly coordinated doing something that has a lot of complexity.
You can tell people to be coordinated all you want, as along as you don't give precise roles, dry run the strats and practice for a while with the same people, you will never have "coordinated executes".

I don't think it's about "waiting". The match is planned at that time. I don't know what that would mean otherwise, and how you're suppose to do...

It's simply the suggested time by the tournament organizers. It is perhaps not expected but certainly not uncommon for teams to agree on a different time that suits both teams better. This is the standard in pretty much any open league in any game.

Yeah, you can agree on any time. But I guess we will play on tuesday after all, since its the same time as our usual meeting time and there was no response from the enemy team (the didnt even ban maps yet)

Censured said that this is the default and latest possible date/time to play the match but if people from our team want to play it sooner he can try to arrange an earlier date/time by contacting our opponent team.

Ok, so the lineup for the tuesday game is (so far): Luolis, Rogg, Sugerfluff, Artyk. Dunno who the 5th one is gonna be. Ardor? Ragnarork? Bender? Anyway I will be there as stand-in if anything goes wrong. Also we should get some pugs or practice together the ESL game, especially the guys playing. Maybe monday?

Nevertheless I would really love to join for the esl match but since I can't ensure that my connection is completely fixed until then I have to decline for this one :/ At least I could be there for training on monday if you need players for a practise match.

Yeah we should really pug on monday for prac. We played an inferno game vs quite good guys. We started as CT. Lost too many rounds at the start but got like 6 rounds in a row at the end of the CT half and got a 7-8 halftime score. We won T-pistol and the first antieco, but then my bad call caused us to lose against a full eco and then we just melted and lost 8 rounds in a row T_T

Well atleast for the ESL league we cant do that since signup is already closed for it QQ
