Problem is, the system did not give us the automatic win in the bracket even tho we were the only team to ready up. We tried to contact "live admins" via tickets but not a single one answered and when one did it was "please tell your captain to contact a live admin" eventho he did. And so after waiting for one and a half hour for nothing, they gave us the win in the Ro32, only to give us the loss in the Ro16 exactly at the same time. And so we did not get to play a single round of csgo, eventho we were all there the whole time. A waste of time.

Had a blatant hacker in a match and the demo is not on their server for some reason. Tried getting in contact so I can report but zero support from their side. No response. Directly helping the hacker to continue. Oh and that one time where their server was broken and everybody couldn't connect and got cooldowns... There more I talk about FaceIT, the angrier I get haha. ESL here we go!
