However, does anyone else gets bored by their play too? I dont know why, but since a long time I find fnatic games always "boring". Its not that they arent playing well or anything, but for some reason, the games of them/against them seem to be different from other matches in a bad way. Could be VP-bias/saltyness in this case, but I doubt it. The first game on cbble is on paper a must watch. Back to back action and I really enjoyed the small walking tower in middle by Neo and Pasha, reminded me of 1.6, but for some reason the game wasnt as exiting for me as it should. Does someone else has this problem? Fnatic was a part of what was considered by many the best series ever played in CS:GO to date (Fnatic vs. NiP at MLG Aspen). Their games are generally pretty exciting due to their aggression on their CT side and the fact that all of their players can show some pretty clutch plays. JW is one of the most entertaining players to watch and so's olof when he's on point, but KRiMZ is pretty boring to watch because he's just a robot--highly skilled, precise, and predictable. Flusha has amazing 1vXs which are cool.
But if you're paying very close attention the best part about Fnatic is their anti-stratting. pronax is smart and the nuances in Fnatic's plays, even in their defaults, are just beautiful to watch, so if you're into watching very intelligent Counter-Strike, Fnatic might be the best team to watch, otherwise if you're more into flare, nV, NiP and VP are definitely funner.

Nice elaboration, but I have to strongly disagree about JW. I feel like hes extremely overhyped especially his awping. There was a time where he was a strong awp, but he tend to miss a lot of shots theese days and just underperformes in comparison the other awpers, or even his teammates. I have to admit though that I dont watch fnatic that closely, since their games bore me most of the time as I said. Its true though that they are tactical pretty advanced, which is why I dont get that their games dont really bother me.

JW has been on point ever since the roster change but he hasn't been doing as much this major. The entertaining part about JW is not him hitting shots but his hyper aggression.
Actually iirc JW was doing pretty well stats-wise Day 1 and possibly Day 2?
Yep, JW was a top-five performer on Day 2.

I dont say that he doesnt hit shots in general, I was jut talking about his awping, for which he is still often praised. His awping got a lot "worse"(maybe it just stayed on the same level/just slightly improved where the rest improved a lot more), not just in this major. Not trying to bash him ofc.

His AWPing has been pretty great actually... He definitely was a top three AWPer during the latter half of 2014.

JW is by far the most fun player to watch when he is having a good game, so aggressive and so cocky
pasha at last year's katowice is the closest another player has come to playing like that
