It's not about logic. You just cheer for your team when you think it's an exciting moment, a well-done play/sequence, or you think they could use some support/energy. In most sports and live crowds, what the crowd decides to cheer for is usually a determinant of their knowledge about what they are watching. For something like CS, that might be cheering for a great(timely) peek or a surprising position by a player not exactly just the frag... But GO VP!!! | ||

Yeah, it's pretty much everytime I watch sports live at a venue that the fans of both teams have bad sportsmanship. Like calling out the referee all the time, even over obviously rightful decisions. I hate fans, lol. That being said, there is nothing wrong to cheer only for good actions from the team you like and not for the other team as well. One should however ackknowledge the other team before/after the game with a cheer imho. | ||
