They're not in that spot because they're not good enough to make GF's in the first place lol. Irrelevant. Yeah and you don't know that literally no other person in the world can make that comebak. Irrelevant.
No one has the tech skill on Peach to punish Fox as hard as Armada. This has been proven over and over and over again. Who is getting that last fountain of dreams edgeguard? Just because Mango went too ham doesn't mean Armada shouldn't get credit for being the only Peach in the world able to capitalize on the opportunity.

He really wasn't going to win that matchup
7-8 vs Mango this weekend.
Dominated every other fox this weekend.
Captain Hindsight over here "obviously wasn't going to win if only I coached him lol".

You can also pull a bomb, a Mr Saturn, and there's at least three different categories of turnips (regular, dotface, zombie) The turnips are weak, normal, or strong. Among the strong there are 3, wink face, dot face, and stitch face in order of ascending strength. Almost every other turnip is normal strength, I can't remember the weak turnips cause they don't really matter. Wait, wink face is stronger too? I never noticed =_=

1. Mango (fox) 2. Armada (peach) 3. Mew2king (marth, sheik) 4. PP (marth, falco) 5. leffen (fox) 5. axe (pikachu) 7. hax (fox) 7. hungrybox (jigglypuff) 9. westballz (falco) 9. pewpewu (marth) 9. plup (samus) 9. lucky (fox)
Four foxes in top 12. Could be worse.

M2K actually plays a decent amount of fox, so debatably 5 foxes?

I was thinking about that, but he only picks it consistently vs puff. Sometimes vs peach and fox but it's rare compared to his sheik / marth.

Sorry if this question has been answered. I avoided reading the thread so that I could avoid spoilers. Where/when are vods available?

I'm pretty sure M2K plays Fox vs Puff, sometimes Peach (and he got bopped that he stopped doing it) and here and there. Calling M2K a Fox is really a bad idea, since he probably plays Fox in less than 10% of his games.

I think only recently has Fox actually got great results. In the other 10+ years Fox had a hard time winning, which is funny really that the second golden age of melee happens to correspond with the games Fox phase and the stereotype. The first golden age was Marth dominating the metagame.

Out of curiosity how big a difference is there between fox and Falco?
Also I see that Samus player there, what's his play style like? (Smash liquipedia doesn't have a lot of player info yet)

Personally I think falco and marth can go even with fox np really.
Even in an insanely advanced meta game (like in 10 years) it will NEVER be only fox. Even sheik has a place imo but she sometimes has problems vs campy foxes on bigger stages.

Fox and Falco play pretty much approach the game completely differently, though parts of their moveset are kind of similar and they are able to apply some similar techniques.
