For somebody without a recent Nintendo console, is there a legal way to play this game (I can see that the ROM can be easily downloaded for use with an emulator, but I'm pretty sure that's illegal).

EDIT: I haven't really played any Smash titles at all.

Haven't logged into Teamliquid for a long time. Might need to start doing so again if they provide the same high quality content they provide for SC2 and Dota for Melee. So excited to see them getting into melee. This is huger to me than any tournament could be. I'm blown away.

Blizzard tried to make SC2 competitive but it just took them a long time to get it right (arguably they still aren't there). Nintendo actively introduced anti-competitive "features" into Brawl to make it more "family friendly". Slightly different scenarios.

I literally started drooling and stared at the screen for at least 20 seconds. I couldn't breathe, and watched the trailer right after. <3 sc2, <3 melee. Liquid this is very weird, but has made my day, the best day of the year so far. Hopefully Ken and KDJ will return to their dominant form from 2006-2007.
