Oh I was wondering why it wasn't doing anything. They managed to get the worst ability in the game for their starter. The moves random Pokes have are really strong too like the Tailow with mega punch.

TPP Platinum now in Victory Road, its been a no-democracy run so far and no demo in sight

a pretty balanced team all things considered, there have been a dedicated group of evolution b-spammers (hence level 59 shinx) but they've screwed up enough times that the team is decent

one of the more amusing incidents so far was an evolution troll start spamming causing accidental use of a rare candy. since this was somewhat a surprise, the usual suspects were not ready and the evolution went through

other notable things:

- released the fire-type starter (of course)
- got a flareon again for redemption purposes
