However, you're just being difficult just to be a pain. You're incredibly dense if you think that MS has any real leg up on exclusives. Their list looks something like this: Crackdown Fable Forza Gears of War Halo Left 4 Dead Minecraft Ninja Gaiden Gears of War Really nothing to brag about. The PS3 runs just as well as the XBox 360 on cross-console games (and the PS4 will probably do them better). You put gears of war twice. Ninja Gaiden has turned to shit, Left 4 dead was dumb luck and the second one was horrendous lol. Fable three was terrible. This is all coming from someone who has a 360 and didn't buy a PS3. I will not be getting an xshit.
Not really exclusives, Fable, L4D or Minecraft are playable on computers :o

From IGN's Xbox One article: Microsoft added that "loaning or renting games won’t be available at launch, but we are exploring the possibilities with our partners."
I expect things will change somehow between now and launch.

Last of Us looks amazing. Im real pumped about these "mmofps" games coming out like The Division and Bunjies game.
However, im not considering buying a PS3, so unless PS4 is backwards compatible which it isn't, I wont be able to play The Last of Us

Well computer = Microsoft.
I don't see how people are defending the xboned to be quite honest. I understand DRM or Always online might not be a bother to you, but how can you support a company with such backwards thinking? We flamed the fuck out of Ubisoft for it's DRM policies and now you're willing to buy a console that forces it on every game?

I don't see how outside of used games. Xbox price point includes the kinect sensor so the overall console only price is probably identical. Used games is a self-imposed problem. Outside of exclusive titles, there isn't a damn bit of difference here...

There has been MASSIVE consumer backlash on this issue. With the most successful console company in the world essentially supporting the consumer's position on this issue, companies would be stupid to go all in with MS on this.

meh, i can't hate or disagree with anyone if they find the xbox exclusives more fun and don't care about price/drm, but i see no reason for anyone picking the xbox if they don't strongly feel one way about the exclusive titles. which is the vast majority.
