if anyone on teamliquid has any of those pokemon to offer for FREE, with 2-3 perf IV's (preferably those i mention, not a must though; can just be good overall stats in general), i would be really happy^^ its not a particularly great team put together, but those are my favorite pokemon (sad a team cant have like 9 :/ )

I have a 5IV Brave/Sturdy Lairon with superpower missing speed and could probably breed a 2/3 IV bulbasaur. I have dratinis but they don't have both hp and speed.

personally I went over to the smogon forums and traded various megastones/battle maison items for perfect IV pokemon. There are a lot of devoted breeders there if it's not your cup of tea. I have about 15-20 perfect IV people from there but I don't really play that much anymore so I only actually trained like 8

Tbh you only need a couple of breeding pairs and after that its easy.
It took me 3 days to complete my first team, but after that I just bred a lot of shellders and traded them over on reddit(I filled one box of different 5ivs in a day)

You can always start with a Ditto. I have a couple of 3 IVs Dittos that I mix and match until I get a pair of 3 IVs of the same species to breed (the part with the Dittos can be a bit of a pain as you sometimes bike around not carrying an egg.

At the start, things move really slow... And the whole process is tedious.

Once you get 5/6 iv males in the various egg groups, it becomes really easy. Yeah you start with a 2/3 IV pokemon, but your first hatch section you get a 4 IV and then you usually get a perfect parent shortly after.

You can also use power items to get to 5 IVs quickly combined with destiny knot. Only 1 of your breeding partners needs the correct nature. I find this especially helpful with pokemon with low female chances and i need a good female and already have a correct natured, correct IVd male.

I also have skipped a lot of work on egg moves and such by trading for imperfects with the egg moves on smogon, or using GTS and searching for lvl 1 pokemon that I want. I got a male swinub with egg moves that way(GTS), just had to combine with a thick fat female, and then when i got a female from first grouping of eggs, combine with a 5 iv field group. Switch out when i get perfect male parent, swap females when I get better ones, etc.Actually moves really fast.

so showdown does have vgc format up now. There are definitely some favourites already, such as kangashkan, talonflame, rotom-w, aegislash, aromatisse, and a few others. Shouldn't be too hard to figure out what to make after a while. Mega kangashkan does seem pretty sweet

Sweet that is good news might give me some good direction, let me know if you find any teams that work for you , i could use some good starting points.
