Alright, finally got an embassy after my money started piling a bit. Closest alliance to (-159 | 97) send me an invitation! :D
Also working on my economy now that I have 30 clubbers and a few defenceless neighbors. Don't want to build up an army of like 100 and exhaust all of my neighbors. Plus, if I am afk and a faraway villiage with an army of cavalry decides to attack, that's a lot of money down the drain. This way, even if I lose my 30 clubbers I can quickly recover and perhaps tech to axe guys or paladins.

man , the guy who said romans suck.... Legions rape everything. im finally getting my academy now that i have all my farms at 3 + crops at 4. Plus raiding a 70 pop neighbour that gives 150 of each , each time i can make a really nasty army.

Once you have your raiding party ready, get spears asap! I have 15 or so horses right now and every teuton who doesn' thave spears is dead to me.

Compare legions to clubbers in terms of raiding. Clubbers are half the price, can carry 50% more, travel faster, and have the same attack power.
EDIT: And MuShU, don't tech to axefighters yet, because we're not going to fight any wars soon. They suck for raiding. Teching to paladins is very expensive, so you might not want to do that yet. Just keep massing clubswingers and get some spearfighters for defense like oneofthem suggested.

How many Equ Imps? You also have you take into consideration that Equ Imps costs a shitload more than spearfighters.

For the costs, it's like 5 equ imps for 15 spearfighters. Set them to fight head to head, all my equ imps die and you have 7 spearfighters left over. They do their job as anti-calvary.

Shitload of iron only for teching purposes. Otherwise, you probably need more clay and wood for buildings and leveling fields.
