No way, the FGS is that volatile that no one knows who's going to win on what day. Because of the high probability of getting randomed out compared to Brood War, and the lower skill ceiling, it's harder to attain dominance over a large period of time. He's good, but comparing him to the most legendary BW progamer of all time? An insult to Flash.

I would argue that it's due to a somewhat more random nature of FGCs and not skill ceiling, though. Ehhh... ya know what I think I can't say that. I think the mechanical skill ceiling in BW IS higher than any FG, but mental games and such are where FGs really shine. Also, FUCK YES COMBOFIEND YOU SEXY FUCKIN BEAST

I get what your saying, but flash has a 75% win rate, not 95, he losses to ssak too.

Thats only looking at EVO Street Fighter 4.

In ESPORTS we would call it poor audio mixing, or evosoundguy. But yes, HYPE

It's more or less become this way because people all around the world have gotten good enough to level the playing field. Also, I'd argue that many fighting games have players that have maintained long periods of dominance. VS games have a high random factor, but I'd say games like Street Fighter or KOF can easily be dominated by a single player for a number of years, and we've seen it. In relation to Daigo himself, just look at what he's accomplished over the last 15 or so years.
