So finally back in Japan after some shitty luck.

Well we didnt play as well as wed hoped. Undoubtedly players like Yipes, Champ, Justin, etc. are a level above ours (except maybe kusoru teehee)
Add in that i think many of our players were not prepared for the spotlight that is EVO, which resulted in a overall poor performance for our group imo.

However i think we had our moments, Mamespider played past expectations, Chou almost made it into top 8, I can make fun of Abegen for losing in the scrubbiest ways possible and being the only Jap player to not make it out of pools. And i think it was a good experience for them overall. I know that Chou and Abegen are alot more hungry to become better and overall most of our players got better because of our time in the states.

Big props to fellow TLer Monokeros for being part of the Spidey army! Hope to see you again sometime!

We will be having our next FRB on the 22nd. Will be the last qualifiers for SBO for both SC5 and UMVC3. So except lots of crazy goodness! We will have our previous winners whove already qualified as well (Kusoru and Abegen for umvc3, and Chanzono for SC5) there for some fun side games. So please tune in and support us if possible

We'll be back America! Peace!

oo Awesome! It's great that Chou, Mamespider, & Abegen are still hungry, they definitely showed that Japan's got the skill to keep up with unorthodox but exciting teams. Can't wait to see SBO, wanna see if Filipino Champ can extend his dominance at SBO.

Thanks for coming to America! I hope that Japanese UMVC3 scene blows up! And I'm sad that we didn't get to see Kusoru come again!

I heard the Skullgirls Top 8 was on the anime game stream at EVO, but I can't remember who was hosting that. I want to go back and look in the archives but I'm not sure which archives to look up. I don't think it was any of the three main stages so who else was streaming? 8wayrun? Who else?
