Mayhaps "tier" is in the eye of the beholder. I've been playing with a group of 7-9 for a couple of days now and we still haven't found a single DMR. From my experience I would say it's pretty rad to see 6 stacked in a single location.

DMR is at the low end of a decent squad's weapon cache. A vehicle and a few dedicated people can farm up quite a lot of good gear.

I carry one for use with NVGs, ideally I would use the AS50 all the time but sadly the only scoped weapon that you can use NVGs with is the DMR.

third game playing this game. first two days just ran around in the forest, eventually got bored and aggro'd some zombies and died. now actually gonna try and find some loot ><

I had a feeling I shouldn't have played today. Went on a server with only 2 other people on it besides me, have L85, M107, on me. Overwatch a small town on the outskirts of the map for a long time before going in to get some stuff to make sure nobody was there. As soon as I start heading into town, AK shots from behind me, I die. Cleared the whole area with thermal and stuff for like 3 mins before I even went in, didn't even see him. :/ Typical luck. 2 people on the server and one of them happens to be around the same random ass town as I am.

Wow, I'm sorry that happened, it must be terrible losing an L85 to something like that. Just curious though how long were you alive and how long did it take you to find the L85 or did you find it off a player?

Look for crashed choppers, me and my buddy found 2 L85's in like 3 days of playing. Found 1, died, found another

had one of the best rides tonight in the shagwagon courtesy of maestro. Ozii, nick, and I were screaming in ts as we began to do a backflip lucky for us the vehicle decided to just sit firmly on its roof instead of blowing up on us. :D

Found a party bus in Pustoshka, fixed it and drove it away, sacrificed a atv in its honor while driving trying to find some wheels.

The guns I had were looted from another player camp that I found yesterday super far northeast. It took maybe an hour total to find it from the time I decided to start combing the top of the map for camps. The character in general was alive for like 3-4 days maybe? I just logged on for a short while to try and look for a ghillie suit in some of the outskirt towns when I got shot haha. Was pretty mad for awhile but I'm over it now. Still pretty confused how the hell he snuck up on me when I was scanning the entire area from a hill with a thermal scope for like 3 full minutes before that. Was looking around 360 degrees almost constantly while I was going down into town, too. Oh well.

I am searching for matches all day, finally find some in novy sobor and what happens? server restarts .... i so hope it registered me picking up the matches

also, can you repair any vehicle (like all those rusty ones you see everywhere) or just a few special ones?
Inputting special characters into chat should no longer cause the game to crash.
