As long as someone is online they can destroy stuff at the cost of 4 hearts per block destroyed.

When you declare war on someone it does the following:
A) Enables you to attack them on their territory.
B) Allows you to destroy blocks on their territory at 4 hearts damage to you per block. You can only do this while one of their members are online.
C) Prevents you from teleporting to your faction home if you are within 32 blocks of each other. The same goes for them.
You can claim territory from another faction without being at war with them but four conditions must be met:
A) They must have less power than land. When you do 'f list' you will see 3 numbers next to a faction. They are "Land / Power / Max Power". The first number must be larger than the second number to be able to claim their land.
B) You must have more power than land.
C) You must have more power than them.
D) You must be at a bordering territory of theirs. You cannot walk into the middle of their claimed territory and claim only their chest room or something then loot and leave. You have to start from the edge and move in.

Ok thx for the info guys ^^. And those 4 heart dmg are they affected by armor or do the 4 dmg ignore armor?
Edit: Oh and another question can u build blocks on enemy land if you are in war with them?
