Makes it really frustrating to play MM. If the hacker is on the other team you lose, and if the hacker is on your team then it's pointless to even play. And of course, there's games where the hackers are on both teams... It's actually 155 wins so maybe 250-300 games. I heard that if you did not lobby with the cheater that the win will still count tho. I may/could have forgotten about a blatant cheater, and that just makes my point even stronger, I don't feel like the game is being destroyed by cheaters and I can continue to enjoy it, personally. Some team mates just call cheater when it's obvious that enemy isnt cheating and they demotivate/distract the whole team with whatever they do/say, I ranked up to DMG on 153 wins so I've been having good fun.
I was thinking the exact same thing as you, people do jump to conclusion way too fast. And then, all of a sudden, the cheaters started revealing themselves. Glaring obvious ones, like ace only hs every round and the likes of it. Luckily its only every tenth game or something, so I still enjoy myself. Im eagle btw.

I'm dared to say you most certainly faced a lot of hackers without even getting suspicious. The number of peple who are willing to pay a lot of money for cheats that are impossible to notice ingame or watching a demo would blow your mind, believe me.

The one time I thought "okay, this looks like hacking", the guy got removed and banned the next round. So yeah, it's not that common, and most of the time people are pissed about getting killed, and are intellectually lazy, preferring to find an excuses that doesn't involve them learning/getting better, and that doesn't hurt their pride

You start placement at the lowest ranks, and people are *usually* pretty friendly and forgiving. Now of course you may play with douches that'll complain about "silver hell" while they themselves are totally terrible, but just mute them and enjoy playing with nice people when you encounter them

every game i have some dmg ppl in my team that get 10 kills a game all with p90 cuz they couldnt hit 2 fucking barns right in front of them i wish valve never banned hackers atleast ranks meant something back then

Not surprising at all lol. Heard a kid today while playing a DM for missions saying he was high rank, ask him what his rank was, he told me MGE-DMG. I was like, this isn't considered high ranks anymore, didn't want to believe me. At the end of the DM, I looked at his score, he was like 36-35 while I had something like 30-15 (I'm currently MG2) while playing on my shitty laptop that barely do 30fps in a DM. Was funny. Oh, and we both were doing the mission for awp kills on Mirage.

does the 1 mission/day accumulate? if i don't play today i can play 2 tomorrow? or is it a strict 24 hours since initiating mission?

It should accumulate. The last operation made it so that whenever you bought it, you could still do as many missions as the guy who bought it on day 1 did.
