Im not just crying wolf, the shit was obvious and they were trolling about it the entire time while the other 3 guys apologised and my team raged. The 2nd? We get smashed 4-0, team goes APESHIT. 3 guys just trolling the fuck out of us (the usual, TK's, flashbangs, blocking, all that shit and nothing useful.) the other guy SCREAMING into his microphone with abuse in two (or more languages). 8 rounds later i give up and just stand there waiting for it to end and all of a sudden all of 4 of them are shouting at me for afking. Yesterday i played one game and i had another obvious hacker carrying some dude who was the cockiest mother fucker in existence so again, the team couldnt kick and do anything but apologise and ask for 8x reports on the both of them. I've had my fair share of "suspicions" playing against people who i thought were hacking (perhaps they were, in a less obvious manner) but those two games god fuck it wasn't even attempted to be hidden. In my 200 or so comp. games of CS:GO ive never had worse games then my last 3 and never have i come across hackers of this caliber. I guess thats a good ratio but -_- Im pretty much done with competitive now. I barely played it before because of shit like this (on a lesser scale, no doubt) and coming back to it the last 2 days have been awful, i prefer fucking around with a zeus in casual. | ||

You don't need to understand how this game works on a high level and could have little to no understanding of teamwork and all the other small factors that contribute to being a good all around player. Maybe its not the case anymore, and maybe there are a lot of good global elite players now. I don't bother match making because its a waste of time, but back when I did every now and then, I rarely encountered globals and if I did they were brand new steam accounts that were shady as fuck. No one that takes this game seriously cares about matchmaking ranks because they don't mean anything. | ||

In my first game today there was someone who played pretty suspiciously, I need to go back and watch that demo (did report him anyways, just on the offchance that he was hacking). So there's that... Oh and one guy almost TK me as well and not because he was sick of me or anything, he legitimately made a pass around Outside on Nuke and got scared by me being in Lobby and accidentally shot me down to 20 hp..... But yeah you had it worse  | ||

When there is a steam sale for CS:GO, expect a massive increase in hacking for a few months. This is how it is: Cheap cdkey = hacking + smurfing = unplayable game Hacking is way, way worse in CS:GO than it is in SC2. For many reasons: 1. A ton of people hack. Especially in Silver- Gold ranks. 2. There are vast selections and types of hacks, aimbot, triggerhack, wallhack to name a few. 3. Unlike SC2, once you hack there is very little to do. Just aim and let the triggerbot kill everything. Sure, if the hacker is playing really high ranks he actually has to think. But he can be almost afk in the lower ranks. 4. CS:GO is very cheap so hackers don't actually care if they get banned. On steam sales, CS:GO can sell for 5euro or less. 5. There is a large hacking community in CS:GO, much larger than the one for SC2. Hacks come out all the time, non-stop. | ||

Anyway, I've never seen any hackers in silver->nova. Start seeing them around MG2 and then they are pretty common in DMG. LE people are generally better than the shitty hackers who are kept in DMG by just straight up better players. SMFC+ apparently is like 80% hackers. | ||
