EPTLike, I don't want to call people hackers. I think it's a shit habit to even think that. But after they kept getting us with some really suspect shots (like, really fuckin suspect) I'm kinda inclined to think that way.

Sometimes we are playing and she starts to be pingy. Like... I have 18ping and she go up to like 900 (so it's unplayable for her). But if i run a twitch stream in 1080p on her computer, when the ping thing happens, the stream is smooth. It happens just... sometimes during a match. Do you know what could cause this ? | ||

Eventually, it started to have connection error problems as frequently as the ping spikes. Everything else is smooth like you said when you go to use anything else. I'm not quite sure what causes it, it might just be really bad routing. I've immediately jumped to other servers hosted by other providers (not Valve's) and then to Valve's pub/casual server and I experienced no spikes whatsoever. There's been a few people complaining about it on other forums with not many solutions other than the generic fix your own connection first. | ||

Waffles (don't know if he's in tl group) also had unexplainable high ping only in cs and he sorted it out by messing with drivers. If he's here maybe he can answer it, if not i can ask him. | ||

 mostly been using liquiddota ever since the separation of the sites since i originally came to TL because of dotai play quite a bit of CSGO, currently ranked supreme (i've been global once ^^) my appetite for csgo is very inconsistent, sometimes i love the game and can play like 5 games in a row and other times i grow too frustrated in just 1 match anyway to actually discuss something instead of just talking about myself, does anyone else absolutely hate the new smokes that the game has had ever since that patch which was supposed to fix the one way smokes? i would much rather have the one way smokes back than the current situation where you can walk like 2 metres out of a smoke before you see anything. it's really annoying and promotes passive gameplay since if a route gets blocked by smoke you pretty much always have to wait for the smoke to disappear or else you will die fairly certainly if you just push through it | ||

MSI GT70 (with updated RAM and SSD) isn't that old and can run 10CSGO instances  So it's not from there. Also i don't get why an old computer would get ping.I updated drivers like 2 days ago. I'll see if it sorts things that. Thanks people ! | ||

It's an organization with their own servers on which you can play games. They have their own servers and stuff like that. It's completely legal and free (if you want you can get premium membership for 2-3 pounds a month which allows you to participate in leagues which have rewards, but you are still perfectly capable to play for free and it doesn't affect you or your experience in any way). Servers are 128 tick and in my humble opinion it feels more smoother. People are great there (yesterday i had sound problem and the opposing team waited for me 5 mins to restart pc and enter the game) and are really cooperative. You also get drops there (so far i've seen people get dropped ak emerald and huntsman/phoenix cases, none of that battle scarred bizon shit). The code i gave is for referral. Meaning if someone registers over that code i get 100 faceit points, which later on you can exchange for some prizes (eg. 40 000 points get you new razor keyboard and stuff like that). You can pause while in-game so if anyone dc's your game doesn't suffer. When queuing, a captain is randomly assigned and he chosses map and server (maps are: nuke, cache, train, dust 2, mirage, inferno; servers are: UK, sweden, netherlands, france, germany). All in all i'm very satisfied with them and they're trying really hard to make pleasant gaming experience for their players (eg: if you verbally abuse someone you can get banned, team-killing also gets you banned and stuff like that). | ||
