You could say he is a... ... hit or miss player. But yeah, I agree completely. He is the type of player you always have to fear becuase if he hits his form he can turn any match around.

This guy on our team starts moaning about another guy blocking him, every 30 seconds he was all like "stop blocking me" "omg noob stop blocking" at this guy. I'm no expert, but is this even a thing? For it to happen round after round you probably need to look at your own positioning and movement. He then proceeded to say "gg" over and over again when we were 8-5 down. *sigh* randoms.

That's right, but some people just love to blame teammates for their own mistakes. I remember playing with a guy named something along the line: STFU my team is too bad. And yeah, blaming the team was the only thing he did in chat the whole time while only being a mediocre player himself, so he wasn't even a benefit to the team gameplay wise. Some people..

Though I wouldn't necessarily blame the players, but maybe the game. 3min reconnect is not a lot (non SSD users cannot reconnect in a case of a blue screen / restart) and there are other things like reconnect buttons disappearing, or reconnect timeouts (which sadly let to a 7 day ban of a friend, who thought he had fixed his vertex buffer crashes over Christmas).

I know Dota2 has 5 minutes to reconnect. That should be the minimum in my opinion. And can you pause an official MM game somehow (even if just during freeze time)? That would be more fair for everyone IMO.

Anyways yea its quite common to have players leave and to finish competitive match at 10-1, cuse ppl just get frustrated, flame their team or just dont think its worth it to continue playing.

Raging as soon as not LITERARY EVERYTHING goes your way is another Edit: And can you expect people to make the right call all the time when it comes down to Rock-Paper-Scissor-situations

I guess Windwolf probably got moaned at over comms for messing up. It is rife in lower levels when people say "omg noob, what are you doing" when they could say... "instead of X, do X because of X". There is a line somewhere on what is and isn't acceptable when it comes to competitive. Ideally the the best random you could get is willing to give advice and is always positive even if you are losing hard. You can't exactly blame people unless they are actively throwing the game. I personally think comms should be a prerequisite for competitive but if you listen well you could get along just fine, however some guy came into a game and said in text chat... "Hey guys, I have no sound fyi" Which was pretty depressing, there was a moment where we all heard clear footsteps and he just ran past like nothing happened only to get shot in the back. The answer is always if you want to play with nice people, make some friends in game who you like.
