Lol so im currently doing Ghudda's blood magic discharger, in the 1 month HC league. Im lvl 42 so far, i cant beleive its actually working, i come close to death every 5 seconds, but its so fun rofl. If i make it to maps with this build, i will feel godlike. Obviously unlikely to make even into Merc, but hey, Act 2 Cruel right now, whos to say i cant go all the way lol.

I DIEEEEDDD!!!! FUKKCCCKCKCK. Made it lvl 53 with the Blood Magic Discharger, was epic scary the whole time, just got perma stunned and couldn't cast discharge to leech my life back. Ill post the video tomorrow.

Well to be fair, i do feel like i lvld pretty fast, i manned up and didn't slow down. Was really fun while it lasted, considering i had no mitigation, or good res, or HP, i think i did pretty well, just pissed i had to die like that. And its not exactly a HC build either lol, so i dont think anyones going to be surprised about only lasting a day lol. Oh well, im still sad...

At the time, im not quite sure, but it looked like my Discharge did get off, but it did no damage so i got no leech back, as you can see i tried to log at the last second, but didnt make it. Those blues stunned the shit out of me lol.

Anyone use arctic breath and it does 0 damage at melee range? It only occurs sometimes, and at first I thought that it was lag, but it almost never does 0 damage once the projectiles have traveled some distance (say the width/length of one character).

going to still be hard, hardcore league is pretty dead. if you've made it to 49, it means your game knowledge and fundamentals are pretty good though!
anyways, post your ign here and you'll get an invite to the guild. consider starting on one of the one month leagues, then you can definitely find some great people when the next season starts up proper.

It was interrupted at the last second. Would happen all the time to me using mana, mana's gone, get no cast even though it looks like the animation completes.

According to GGG, it's literally 1% of the player base. Currently 9 of the top 500 HC players are online, but two of those are dead, so that's a max of 7 that are on HC at the moment. lol.

Well they had Extra Damage ^^ and yea the Discharge didn't go off, look at your charges on top left when the animation comes. (oh and love ur music taste ^^)
Btw; lookin for some EU players (pref MFer ^^) for casual map party on 1MHC.
Rockin dem ele auras with spec throw, found geofris crest and it really is imba with empower ^^

Yeah, that really sucks, had been doing this for 20 levels or so, and never failed to get my HP back, but it only takes 1 mistake! That mistake being me getting clobbered by "extra damage" blue skellies haha. As for the music, yeah, Ella Fitzgerald is pretty much the best ever.

Got bored in the one month, although strongboxes never really lose their appeal. My heart still jumps every time I click a yellow box. So dangerous.....Looking forward to the new 4 month.
Also, we wewre discussing this in Skpye the other day: I would gladly sacrifice a years worth of new content and expansions in return for GGG fixing desync. I dont care about a new mini-expansion in August. I just want the game to be fixed and would happily wait.

To be honest I don't have that many issues with desync. Some precautions you can take:
- Have /oos on a macro for when you really need it.
- Always shift attack as melee
- doorways are the devil
- be careful with leap slamming if obstacles are around (this is another major desync issue).
Basically I think the more you play the more you learn to live with it/avoid it.
On the other hand the thing I am most sorely missing is a working trade system. It's so goddamn annoying especially if you want to buy an item from a guy that has totally different time zones.
