Prefixes: 79 Life 36% Weapon Elemental Damage ??? Suffixes 30 chaos res 16 all res 6% Life Leech What prefix am I forgetting? (or is Leech a prefix in which case what suffix? A top resist I guess...) Would a %armor rating fit in there? Strength is a suffix so I don't think it applies although top strength would be more life aka desirable. Or should it just be top MF as the last affix? Best base might just be MF, not sure. | ||

In which case the best base is... build specific but amber gives life. A 24 str/dex probably would be the absolute best. | ||

Honestly my build is so awfully life starved I can't do with less than top life on all my gear. I'm still only at like 5.2K total of which about 800 is reserved so i have 4.4K actual life. I may eventually be able to reserve about 20% less than I am now but still. I have 88 life boots, 89 life gloves, 104 life chest, 101 life ring, 74 life ammy, 145 life belt (due to strength), and at least 60 life on my other ring I forget the exact amount. Hat and shield no life though  lol. Uniques underpowered GGG pls fix. | ||

Life leech is indeed a prefix. For suffixes you can pick up mana regen, rairty, (elemental) damage %, etc etc Accuracy or crit also useful to certain builds. I'd also probably take 32 all stats over 50 STR because you probably play with your passive tree and turn that into a passive point or two without sacrificing much of the STR. | ||

But I'd have to say a gold amulet with 20 IQ and 50 IIR with either 79 life or 20% ES would probably be the best. | ||

okay now that I search individually, there are a total of two Respites, 67 Grips, and about a thousand Passes for nem. Drop rate weird? Or what? | ||

The grips are also a lot of them turned into tamings and quite a bit rarer than the pass but still common enough that there are some floating around. | ||

4600dps is the new number at max level for every gem. It goes higher with vulnerability, but goes much lower vs chaos resist mobs. Math: + Show Spoiler + 440*1.5*1.7*(100+73+112+89+38)/100 = 4622 440 = base lvl 26 poison arrow, could be higher. This is with +3 bow, and empower in a +1 gem gives another +3 1.5 = Remote mine bonus 1.7 = Concentrated effect 100+73+112+89+38 = Bonus from a practical skilltree You can go higher with very impractical setups, but don't listen to those claims, imo. All it requires is a +3gem 5L bow with max level empower, PA, ConcEffect, RemoteMine, with IncreasedAoE and/or Pierce. This would cost 200 mana per mine, but the build can easily take EB+MoM. It would still be highly impractical, with no leech and no single target DPS. But 4k dps can at least farm docks, albeit slowly. | ||
