The only thing about the domination stash is that the last (3rd) page is the one with all the skill gems for right now.

Well I've been organizing the Nemesis Tabs more or less but now I don't have time to keep re-leveling my dead toons. Can't I just give someone my account info to level an account will pay? =D

I'm working on getting my second character ready for map. Anyone want to group up for them/anything else, add me: crunchertime

K so I started a ranger using bows. Should I stack evasion or go for hp?

I can arrange an hourly rate, survival not guaranteed.

I was wondering this for scion.

Is crit chance something that is valued high for spectral throw users?
Ok, so I will soon make a shot at starting a CI character, not going lifenodes, just going stright for ES no respec, in nemesis. Did anyone else try this? Mind you, I have no real ES gear atm.

Use an /oos macro, problem solved.
edit: Don't get me wrong, when I first started playing the game I too thought desync was the root of all evil. Eventually you learn to deal with it, use an /oos macro, avoid situations in which desync could kill you. It's really no longer a huge deal for me. There are ways to deal with desync to simply make it a non-issue, use shift-attack, don't crowd unless you are racing or experienced enough, etc..
As for the people asking about what to do with ranger or scion (prioritize eva over projectile damge), early on you want to spec into damage and later on take your life nodes. That way you can progress fairly quickly early on and once the game gets harder you get the necessary defensive nodes to deal with the higher damage in cruel and merciless.

Something like that should be fine for physical rain of arrows. I just came up with that build on the spot, but it's pretty straightforward. You get damage nodes early and later on spec into mainly life and defensive nodes. Not sure if you even need resolute technique I haven't tried. But this should be a good enough build to get you to maps with enough damage and health.

I tried going straight for ES. If you don't have a decent amount of currency to upgrade your gear as you level you pretty much have to be a giant pussy and party play through most of the rough areas. Wouldn't recommend it if you're going mostly self-found but if you play like I said you can probably get to high 50s-60s and just do pub docks or w.e until you have semi-ok gear.

A lot of the sword ST builds don't take resolute techniques so crit would have some value, but I wouldn't say it is valued highly.
Why would you do it that way? It is going to be pretty much impossible once you reach the 50s or 60s if you even make it that far. Maybe as a totem build, but you'd have to pay somebody to kill all the bosses for you most likely.

Im using a lvl 84 Crit Dagger ST shadow. Oneshotting blues/yellows .. so i would say crit is awesome for spectral throw ^^

you need a lot of crit nodes to make crit a main part of the build for spec throw but usually people don't have those. so it's not as valued as it would be on a buildthat actually centers around crit

Have you tried a 2h weapon also? If so, what do you think about the difference? Also, i would like to see your build please :D.

People here need to say whether they are playing hardcore or softcore lol. Advice completely changes depending on whether dying drops off your character to softcore, or merely wipes off 0/5/10% exp.
Generally, Crit chance is only valued if you are planning some sort of cast on crit build or similar. Thing about Spectral Throw is that you generally have more chances for this to occur.
As for evasion vs life, you want enough life to not get one shotted, then enough evasion to slip away when you do to recover, ignoring the effects of desync. If softcore, just go damage till Cruel, since you don't lose anything if you die, just remembering to TP occasionally. If you are experienced enough, you can go damage and kite nearly everything with ST anyways till cruel, but that's not really recommended in HC if it's your first playthrough. Sure you can level up faster with more damage, but if you die once after act II, you are leveling slower, than if you just took life and evasion.
|
Yeah, if its softcore, fuck it who cares, get all the crit nodes and just stay in the back of a party and do work. If it's nemesis, i'd advise against a heavy crit build. You want control and predictability, which means stacking HP and damage mitigation/resistance.

Right now, I dual wield Essentia and another rare claw. Does the Ghost Reaver apply to all life leech or only the life leech resulted from Essentia?

It acts as if you took the keystone passive. So it applies to all leech life on your character.

Died again
This time to a pk´er doing Alira quest. I know its riscy to do bandit quest with strangers but I dont get why there is no warning or anything popping up when someone goes hostile. I was hitting Alira when someone else in the group died and before I could react my hp was at 0 as well. At least in D2 the game would tell you for sure when someone went hostile. Too bad POE doesnt have this atm.
What should I make as my 6´th char? Tried bow ranger, 2x ST ranger, melee marauder and ethereal knives shadow (which sucked btw and so did the marauder).

Ok wow, don't play multiple projectile maps with those new monsters that eat corpses and throw shit on you. If they hit you it's REEEEP. I could imagine Devourers are the same with LMP. Seems I was lucky to haven't had those combinations so far. Good that I'm still playing Domination, lol.
