When the next one happens, remember to go witch. Witch has the best use of AoE spells, which means she can kill groups of enemies fastest. Then run from each big group to the next, ignoring solo stragglers. AFAIK you get best experience laddering solo rather than in a party, although they're going to patch that so maybe by the time the next one is announced partying will be better.

Many of the key winners were actually partied in small groups, including the top two players and the very kind keys-giving-away-to-TL zoL. One of the six-man parties also placed quite well, claiming several of the spots from 11-25.

Another reason the witch is very strong is that she doesn't depend on gear to do damage unlike the ranger and marauder.

Unknown Disconnection errors have been fixed hallelujah! Not the quickest fix but grateful nonetheless. Save that though, this is a pretty damn good game that's not only free but unfinished. Very excited for the final product eventually.

Is Kilual from TL? Again another name that looks familiar that I just saw get a key from lottery.

I think they are doing a very good thing by withholding the informationg about the PvP... Since they are the new company, the first impression will matter, and they dont want to enrage all of the f2p trolls with imbalanced or broken presentation... They might not be able to recover from that sort of a blow

I could understand withholding info on it till it's finished, but when you bring it as a playable feature at a big event like PAX you are already throwing it out in the open why not at least give some details of it to those that couldn't make the event cause you know some random fansite is going to do a write up on it and you never know if they really understand the system or have the correct info that they are putting out to the public so would be best for GGG to do it themselves and make sure the right info is out.
