I just started act 2 and with a little twink gear from my brother I'm pretty much face-rolling the early stages of the game (I know it will get harder). My question is if anyone knows how effective the shield mastery/shield block passives really are in this game. D3 style logic says the numbers they are posting are pretty dang good, but it is a different game so it may not be true. Has anyone actually used these or knows any solid information regarding whether these are effective points spent on mitigation? I imagine at least shield mastery gets good when you start using shields with resists, but again, I don't really know. Any help would be appreciated. | ||
