Im such a big sucker for ESPORT videos of any kind. That is, well made and awesomely edited videos of special moments. I try to save them, collect them, gather them like a true ESPORT VIDEO HOARDER. Now, I need your help to expand my collection. And yours at the same time ! This can be SC2 or any other ESPORT game. Please keep in mind that this isnt simply a youtube thread. I want nothing but the best videos in here and some descriptions would be awesome. So, please try to: 1. spoiler the videos! 2. add some description 3. if needed explain which game it is
Examples:
An awesome Counterstrike video by Fistor (French player), really well made with amazing frags.. This brings back some nostalgia of one of the better games of our time.. + Show Spoiler +
A frag highlight video of Quake3 ESL and IEM made by Hellspawn.. so sick. Music fits so beautifully! + Show Spoiler +
And one of my absolute favorites, another Q3 (or QL, whatever) movie, only this time on the Quake Nation Cup with frag highlights. The usage of music is so amazing that I watch this several times per week. Used to play with some of these guys on Q3 RA3 under the alias Vertigo.. miss it! + Show Spoiler +
A Warcraft 3 Frozen Throne movie on the Chinese/Korean team WE and their domination of a WC3L team league lan final. Variation in music totally does it for me and I watch this regularly. Features quite a few people that are known in our community right now.. + Show Spoiler +
pt1.
pt2. (this one seems to have the music messed up sadly.. T_T)
And of course, Starcraft pimpest plays. The blind on the observers and then the wraiths on the carriers.. The pylon block on the dragoon and then the zealot into the minerals.. the self statis. I remember it as if it was yesterday. FUCK SO GOOD! + Show Spoiler +
I wish pimpest plays didn't die. edit: btw I laughed at the part in pimpest plays where the protoss stasis fields his own zealots to block an opponents ramp. All you need to do that in SC2 is a sentry.
Back when i played smash the DBR kids had the sickest videos my buddy king on puff, a fox named zelgadis, and so on. I'll look up and link some of my favorites after work today unless somebody else does it first

Shined Blind was the sickest video back in the day I remember
Dyo's Broodwarmovie for the WCG 2004 is definitly one of the best broodwarmovies ever made. It features players like fisheye, midas, xellos and many many more. Ive uploaded it to my YT Acc. its currently being processed. enjoy ~
I was always a massive fan of leafsnowx's highlight videos, the music is always great, and if you like starcraft and koreans screaming really loud, you'l like this. Also a 2 parter. + Show Spoiler +
The fruitdealer video... I dunno why, I think it's the combo of the music with all the players being knocked out.. that video always really gets to me.
One of the best ESPORTS moments I've seen, I hadn't even played Street Fighter before and still found it crazy exciting. What happens and the crowd reaction is just plain awesome. (It's kinda old so maybe everyones seen it but whatever)

I am not sure if this counts, as it is not totally E-sports and its only a few seconds, but it makes me feel chills everytime I see it. Simply because Korea honors its E-sports when talking about their country. + Show Spoiler +
55s and onwards.
I am not sure if WoW videos count as you wouldn't really call them E-sports, but some of them had incredibly high edited quality videos.
Even though I played cs1.6 competitively, i always thought this Q3 frag video was the greatest FPS video iv'e ever seen, although the previously posted ''get quaked 3'' is absolutely sick too. + Show Spoiler +
Pubmasters is just plain hilarious and unheard of for the time (anyone who played Counter-Strike will understand since they did these things in official league matches). The Mousesports movie is just really well made with not only amazing frags of course, but also some of the best editing ever.
I also like documentary films like FRAG and e-athletes - but I can't find those on Youtube since they're both actual over 1 hour feature films.
Video google is the only place i could find this one. I watched it countless times when it came out. coL really were god at that time in cs. fRoD was from another world. fRoD if you read this, please know that you were the awesomest player ever at your peak.

Alright, well the best Esports videos I've ever seen are pretty much all WoW videos. Let's start it off with a fellow countryman of me, a world pvp legend, Vurtne: + Show Spoiler +
This entire video is on youtube, but it's divided into parts based on the song, that's the whole 17 minute video in one go.
Thirdly, the legendary korean warlock of The Evil Empire, Drakedog. This guy popularised the seduce->nuke tactics and was a world pvp boss. Has released something along of the lines of 9 videos now, but the early ones are the best. + Show Spoiler [Drakedog 1] +
Fourthly, one of the more amusing PvP videos, World of Roguecraft. Basically a guy who got pissed off at rogues and decided to level one himself, and then made a video when he runs around without equipment and rolls over max geared characters, just to prove how stupid rogues were. And the fact that the video starts with "Princes of the Universe" don't exactly make it worse. + Show Spoiler [Part 1/3] +
And finally, a personal favorite of mine, not quite as well known but bloody awesome nonetheless: Kamil, a Retri paladin who made videos back during TBC, when retri was still shitty as fuck and 90% of all paladins went holy. Man, it was bloody awesome to main as a prot paladin back then, was like 4 of us on the entire server. Good times. + Show Spoiler [Kamil Part 1/7, in playlist] +
Hope someone enjoyed them, I know I certainly nostalgia'd a bit while writing this post. Now I'm gonna go watch more oldschool wow videos.
Of course, when talking about shooters, one cannot forget the one that has the highest learning curve, highest skill cap, most brutal aiming speeds, and insane metagame: QUAKEWORLD + Show Spoiler +
It was already posted but the Counter-Strike eoL video is the best of all time for me. I've watched it like 50 times in the past.
Nothing even comes close. I still remember all the songs and frags from the video heh.. I remember finding in on own-age so many years ago.
Edit : This thread made me re-install UT3 which is the only deathmatch game I have...no one playing anymore though T_T. Any good DM games still being played out there?
This is likely the best editing I've ever seen in a frag vid hands down. It's simply phenomenal. I can't even imagine the man-hours that went into that. Stunning.
I'm so glad I found this thread. I was bored off my rocker and all the Quake, CS, and BW vids are bringing tears to my eyes.

OMG YES amazing dota moments tho wodota doesnt rly go get highlights from pro scene, its still very amazing to see ridiculous plays from high level pubs

I hadn't actually seen the original footage. It's such a pity the commentators didn't realise what was happening when Orangemarmalde pulled off his sick move. However, there's a great vid that explains the intricacies of what happened. Check it out: + Show Spoiler +

I have in fact seen that, but it's not technically an ESPORTS video. I'm trying to find some decent wc3 videos atm, will edit when do. WoDota is very very good though, as linked by someone above, definitely worth watching.

The eoL video changed my life as a gamer and CS player. I've seen it so many times and still watch it to this day. It used to be my clan's pre-game video before every match in CAL-IM. It is so amazing, so many nerd chills.
Since I've only played RCTW:ET I haven't seen that much pure RTCW movies, but this is my favorite one so far. "It's a compilation of some great moments from the clan Knö i Hörn. It has it all, great frags, great music and a lot of funny stuff." (Description taken from the video link, since it pretty much sums it up.)

Clips lag a bit in 720p, watch them in 480 Part 1:
Part 2:
Trackmania PF Track. PF stands for "press forward" aka accelerate, where the mapmaker has the create the most exciting track he can, so you can reach the finish by only pressing forward. One of the rare moments where the map makers get the credit they deserve. + Show Spoiler +
Trackmania funny moment in the finals of a cup. + Show Spoiler +
These guys almost never crash, especially not in the finals of a tournament, yet...
I'm not sure if Tribes 2 counts as an esport but I guess I'll post it anyways. I guess if it doesn't count I'll edit it out. Heres a vid that shows the insanity of the flag stand. + Show Spoiler +
Here is another vid of some excellent mid air shots (extremely difficult for those of you who haven't played) and some nice flag passes. + Show Spoiler +

Zelgadis was amazing to watch. The video is SSBM and has a bunch of kills with fox's reflector, which in melee is a semi-spike and can't be meteor cancelled.
Also, I really just like this video, it's similar to the daigo comeback video with the screaming but no one's making a comeback.
A really, really old UT movie with superb editing that really made me play better and more, and pointing out how much multiplayer was fun. Unreal Editor combined with basic effect really made me bite hard. Other good UT clips were already mentioned in this thread
A couple of these aren't exactly professional, but they are still pretty amusing to watch and the casual scene sometimes has some pretty neat things to show.
The first group is from TF2, which revolves around one of my favorite spy videos to watch from OMFGNinja. Then comes a pair of medics around the time when the first medic update happened for new weapons. The third one is just a bunch of well put together clips that's pretty neat to watch too.
Final Round 8 in atlanta ga. The largest tekken tournament on the east coast. jinkid, champion of evolution 2003 vs atl born killa 6. A great moment in tekken 5 history + Show Spoiler +
This guy made a pretty cool series of dota highlights + Show Spoiler +
Someone made 3 part highlight video of one of my all time favorite games, Tribes
Something you should note before watching these, most of these clips were done in actual tournament play, and most of the teamwork you see in part 3 was before the days of Ventrillo. Part 1: + Show Spoiler +

Most of you guys have shown skill-videos, but here I got some vods which should be seen due to the extreme intensity and excitement. These videos got me into competetive gaming.
Discription: Quake 4 team deathmatch (4vs4). Covlan grand final. The game was extraordinary nailbitingly close and fantastic casters makes it for the best e-sport experience that should never be forgotten. + Show Spoiler +

GNA: The Movie is an awesome hour-long multi-part frag video of UT2k4 Instagib CTF. I've watched it a bunch of times and parts of it are still mindblowing. I got it from a friend, but I think you can download it at this link: http://www.own-age.com/vids/video.aspx?id=3849&page=5 Sickness is too strong.
Seeing as you enjoyed the CoD4 one, I'll post a few more for you. I'm a big CoD4 fan myself, and that scene has produced a ton of amazing and creative fragmovies since the game was released 4 years ago.
One of my favorite moviemakers is katha, here's a short one done by him: + Show Spoiler +

Another favorite is kez, here are a couple from him: + Show Spoiler +

These are just examples, there are loads more, let me know if you're interested in more and I'll post them.

I am incredibly disappointed in all of you. 6 pages of this thread and not 1 mention of the greatest competitive team-based FPS ever created (or at least one of it's variations). I'm talking, of course, about TFC.
It's a CS frag movie. Just cool frags and a fun video, not ruined by too much editing. A light-hearted one with music to match
For people who can't get enough of these videos, visit own-age.com, it has a ton of frag movies from different games. The best site for this, no contest.
