i wonder if this laura character means blanka is being replaced for SF5. I wonder if they would have 2 characters from Brazil. I'm just hoping to see Sakura in the first wave of DLC characters. :D

Seems very unlikely he'll make the initial 16. I doubt he'll be early DLC considering the more popular characters not on the initial roster. I guess if DLC proves popular enough he might eventually make it into the game.

Pretty sure the last classic character will be Sagat or Boxer. Sagat is a mainstay second only to Ryu and Ken, and Boxer fits a playstyle that isn't really there yet.

Previously when I've preordered other games on Steam, they've just been added to my games at the developers discretion, usually a few days before launch or beta. I'd guess it will be the same with Street Fighter, but you never know.
