They add 150 new pokemon, but after you finish the story you + Show Spoiler + upgrade your pokedex so you have access to all pokemon; this means you can trade from previous versions or through wifi for pokemon from earlier versions. So yes, they use the original pokemon, but only after you finish the main story. Edit: You can use the pokemon before you finish the main story, but they won't be recorded into your pokedex until after it's been upgraded. | ||

Any tips/tricks? White does have a lot of filler pokemon, but i'm OK with it, because I've been to 3 caves and haven't seen a single fucking Zubat. | ||

I used to play 1st generation pokemon on my PC YEARS ago and I have no clue how to find it for my PC now, and especially not my mac. I'd prefer it on my mac because it is a laptop and my PC is a desktop : ) Thanks! | ||
