You download the launcher(high command). and then click on Tribes Ascend. There will be a box at the top to put on the code.

It's just not what it once was (in older Tribes games). It's still a decent class and the best of the Heavies imo and I actually do expect Hi Rez to show some love to the mortar at some point.
