Keep up the work Fishstix! Your not going to get good commentary out of someone who is not a caster. You also don't need to go on a crusade about it. And lets not forget that the games themselves were quite dull. Also Descolada wasn't ever wrong about anything he said. | ||

It's not a crusade, what are you talking about?. It was 1 post with 1 suggestion to Fishstix based on reactions not only of me. It doesn't mean I think the game is without problems as I know changes need to be made. It's about something completely different and yes the games were dull for a variety of reasons, I know. And if you don't want Fishstix casting then the suggestions have to be made to the people running the tournament but while he is doing it, giving him constructive advice would be good. | ||

Yeah that game was so terrible that I really couldn't come up with anything positive to say. I was probably on irc more than casting it because it was so goddamn boring. And suggesting on forums does NOTHING. We've been doing that since alpha and nothing has changed. Making it extremely public is about the only thing you can do. | ||

Keep up the work Fishstix! We brought on descolada in the last minute due to no other "pros" volunteering to cast. We literally jumped on Skype and just went for it with little to no preparation, unfortunately  Safe to say I will be reviewing casters a bit more in advance in the future. Soldier: Assault Rifle / Thumper DX / Proximity Grenade Raider: Plasma Gun / NJ4 / Not sure about the nades I don't think that the plasma gun is OP (I bought it right after the nerf cause i didn't want to play an op weapon and cause the soldier is pretty fun anyway) I feel like i'm about as useful with the soldier that i am with the raider. I think the reason why its not op any more (outside of the nerf) is that outside of the plasma gun the raider is inferior to the soldier in ctf: The NJ4 is similar to the Assault Rifle The nades are much better for the soldier If you want to use shield pack it will cost you mobility and you probably get owned by 1 or 2 shots of Thumper/SpinFusor And i think the perk 'quick draw' works better on the soldier But I might be wrong I'm not flash i dont know everything. Edit: I cant wait for the first season to start, the game needs ranked matches. | ||
